His tone should be more deadpan overall. He rarely ever gets excited about stuff. He's also the type of person to give you 10 coins for saving your life. Not speaking from experience or anything. In all seriousness, he should also have more of a New Yorker accent, or really any accent that you think would go with the lines he says. While he sort of reminds me of Harry and Marv from Home Alone, I think a better representation (or at least something to combine it with) would be something along the lines of McCree from Overwatch, without the western accent of course. A deeper, deadpan voice that obviously cares about a whole lot of nothing.
(First part is meeting the protagonist, the second part is sarcastic) "We don't see your type often. You here visiting or something?"
"Huuuh, some kind of relaxation vacation, is it? Must be nice for you. I'm soooo jealous."
(Sort of nervous, sounds like he's slowly snapping out of boredom. After seeing the Dark Lord) "This can't be good..."
(Slightly relieved, after he gets his face back, but should sound almost forced.) "Ah, got my face back! I got mixed up with a bad'un. You're not a bad sort, I suppose."
