A Neutrino scientist formerly known as Professor Honeycutt, the Fugitoid has made it his mission to stop General Krang from destroying both his home world and Earth. While on Earth he disguises himself as stuttering human scientist Chet Allen in order to infiltrate Stockgen, which is secretly developing dangerous materials for Krang.
