Kotaro Chishiki is the Ultimate Encyclopaedia.

Kotaru is a very bright young boy, growing up he was fairly sickly so he spent ages inside studying various books. Due to this, Kotaro knows loads of random facts- but he lacks any common sense. Kotaro is a bit of a scatterbrain and doesn't really understand other's boundaries but he tries his best to understand others and improve his social skills. He may be a bit of an idiot sometimes and doesn't really know the appropriate way to response to violence but he's trying. 

  • "Oh jeez, I fell asleep again? I must sleep more than a giant armadillo- who is commonly thought to spend an average of 18 hours a day sleeping in their burrows- at this point."

  • "Oh- oh! I’m Kotaro Chishiki, I’m the Ultimate Encyclopedia! I know loads of things- ask me anything at all and I’ll give you an answer! I know all the facts in the world!"

  • "T-thaaaat’s not something I can read up on- S-sorry."
