Calabaza for Todd "Squee" Casil
Todd Casil, better known as Squee after the noise he makes when frightened, is a young boy who first appeared in issue #1, living next door to the title character, Johnny C. His parents neglect him (especially his father, who works long hours) and his only shown friend other than Johnny is a small teddy bear that he carries around named Shmee. Shmee tells Squee that all his fears and nightmares are inside him in a dream.
Since Squee is a young child, I'd be open to either male or female auditions since either could fit. Other than that do what you think would fit!
(Nervously) Let's go to my room, Shmee. We'll hide under the blankets and maybe fall asleep before we die.
(Surprised/Scared noise) Squee!(To his teddy bear, about his parents) No, you're wrong, Shmee. They aren't bad people. They love me. They don't really mean it when they tell me to get kidnapped.
(Scared) So, are you gonna chop me up and put me in the garbage now? Because Shmee tells me you're a bad guy. He says this is a bad place to be. Please don't chop me up.
