We all know Quinn is paranoid about his society crumbling, hench the scarp wall. I think he sent the frontier out to kill flock members and whoever crosses their path.. He is sending a message to us.
Hey. I know you didn't ask for feedback but I felt like commenting that I really loved your unique take on the character. However in the end, I decided to go with someone else because I felt as if I needed a bit more snobby in your take. This decision was easily one of the most difficult.
