Due to the radiant looks that he was born with, he was elected Vice President of The Society of Bishonen, or Bishie Society for short, second only to Wallace in his skin-tight wetsuit. He is an effeminate man that is popular for being both attractive and the Hoenn League Champion in Hoenn and beyond.

I recommend giving him the voice of a smooth lower tenor.
