Biography
A strange girl who refuses to talk about her talent or past to anyone, allegedly because its more 'romantic' to keep it a mystery. She is well versed in both flowers and human anatomy, and very interested in macabre subjects.

Personality
She's affable and friendly, seemingly almost never without a smile even in distressful situations, though she sometimes makes inappropriately dark comments. Her unnerving cheeriness and dedication to remaining an enigma makes her difficult to read and causes her to be slightly isolated from the rest of the students.

Voice Description 
Anko should have a medium-high, affable voice. Anko is almost always in a mischievous mood, and is fond of teasing and peppering her speech with giggling though this comes across more unnerving and inappropriate than approachable. In line with her enigmatic nature Anko is fond of flowery speech and her whimsical, evasive tone should be prevalent in her voice. On occasion, she makes logical and dark statements in a nonchalant manner, contrasting her normal flightiness.
