Biography
A prodigious competition archer from an old traditional Japanese family, she has begun training to eventually take part in the Olympics. Rei goes to an all-girls school where she's the idol of the school, where her skills, appearance and stoic demeanor earned her the title of 'cool beauty' and she has a large fan base.

Personality
In reality, the 'cool beauty' persona she's famous for is a result of her natural glare and difficulty talking to people, so despite her fans she has no friends and spends most of her time alone. Behind her stoic expression, she has a strange sense of humor and often breaks into awkward bouts of laughter.

Voice Description
Rei should have a medium-low, stoic voice. Due to her difficulty talking to people, Rei usually speaks in stunted, brief statements in a emotionless manner that make her come across as cold and intimidating. She does this to avoid talking at length, where the facade slips and she reveals her awkward flustered speech patterns, frequently pausing and  tripping  over her own words. She also has a strange sense of humour, and she attempts to stifle and muffle her own laughter when it comes out.
