He is the brother of Noah and is a REALLY arrogant, ignorant and thinks he knows everything. Also a huge dick to Noah. I imagine him having a loud when needed and a little bit of a raspy voice.
"Hm? Speak of the devil, there's that son of a bitch." (Arrogant)
"Hmph... Imagine how the media would react if I told them that the son of a founder killed a person?" (Threatening)
"You bastard! Get the hell off me!" (Mad)
I like your take on it, but I imagine him sounding more sinister and saying words slower. Similar pacing to how Scar speaks in Lion King.
