The Chairman is the leader/boss of the COGs and will make drastic actions just so his corporation expands into the heart of Toontown. Chairman is a small, hot-headed honcho but does his job extremely well, to the point perhaps some wonder of how he does it despite such small size.
Chairman is volatile and anything can happen with him, so consider sudden extreme changes in emotions--from super calm to explosion in anger.

Pretty good however you fell short at Chairman's yelling at the end. But I will say there was DEFINITELY improvement!
