HIkaru Nijishimo is the Ultimate Drag Performer. As Hikaru, can be able to have this flamboyant way of speaking. Think of actual drag performers. However, there's now leeway with this role. You don't have to be overly flamboyant. The "formal" voice direction refers to a deeper or normal voice speaking.
(Excited) “What’s up sisters! It’s Hikaru Nijishimo!”
(Shocked) “Homegirl's wig got snatched! (Formal) Sorry, just an impulse.”
(Formal, excited) "Huh?!?! You ... want to learn about the world of drag? Blessed, truly blessed. Let's start then!"
I'll keep ya shortlisted. Though, whenever you attempt to do the drag persona voice, you get all these little voice cracks. I'd suggest find a perfect mid ground between the pitches. It's more about being able to be very expressive and flamboyant instead of just being very high pitched and shrilled.
