HIkaru Nijishimo is the Ultimate Drag Performer. As Hikaru, can be able to have this flamboyant way of speaking. Think of actual drag performers.  However, there's now leeway with this role.  You don't have to be overly flamboyant. The "formal" voice direction refers to a deeper or normal voice speaking. 

  • (Excited) “What’s up sisters! It’s Hikaru Nijishimo!”

  • (Shocked) “Homegirl's wig got snatched! (Formal) Sorry, just an impulse.”

  • (Formal, excited) "Huh?!?! You ... want to learn about the world of drag? Blessed, truly blessed. Let's start then!"
