Waffles McPancake for Kai
Kai is a mongoose, and is part of the drama club acting team. He was an actor initially, but Louis demoted him to the stage crew. Despite being ambitious and a hard worker he couldn't get the results he aimed for in the club and has endured many disappointments. Impulsive when treated unfairly but if you get to know Kai, he'll become a friend who cares.
I've been waiting for this day to come, since I entered the drama club two years ago.

Woah... Dude. This is the strongest audition so far! And you didn't even do any edits on your audio?? It sounds crystal clear as it is. lol What mic/set up are you using, I ask out of curiosity? Nevertheless the dialogue throughout was spoken clearly, well paced and an inflection that matched what I was looking for. SonicHaXD's audition had the inflection spot on especially when it comes to the more frustrated/aggressive tones in the dialogue but the thing that lacked from his end was audio quality. Having said that you came close to portraying that specific aggressive inflection (it's kinda like a higher-pitched course note ~ do have a listen to his audition to find out what I mean), as a matter of fact I reckon this is something that can be worked on should you get the part! = ) Overall an excellent audition Waffles McPancake, well done dude. P.S. If you are into manga/comics, or engaging stories and you haven't read BEASTARS yet, I highly recommend it. Most folks whom I got them into reading the series said they loved it and completed it in 3 days straight (currently ongoing at 140 chapters). You character Kai will make his appearance in the second chapter ~ and you'll see how your lines are reflected in your recordings. ;)
