Ghoulseye's voice is Benjamin Diskin's Numbuh 1 from Kids Next Door, and Joseph Joestar from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (Part 2). Ghoulseye speaks with a noted English accent.

Ghoulseye is a specter-like alien who's powers match the Pokemon, Decidueye. Ghoulseye can manifest spiritual weapons, particularly scythes and arrows. Ghoulseye can attach his arrows to his sticky ectoplasm to create a bow to launch his arrows and finish off his opponents with a power blast! Ghoulseye's ectoplasm can also be used for sticky ectoplasm traps. He is Ethan's powerful alien in the watch.

Ghoulseye is in a majority of episodes in the back half of Season 1. 

Note: Ghoulseye usually shouts when he talks, as a reference to Numbuh 1's character.
