Greetings, my name is Sterling Barbett (he/him), a hapa Asian-American trans man located on the East Coast (EST) with a passion for voiceover. When not behind the mic, I can be found hanging out with my cats, practicing martial arts, or playing TTRPGs. I hope to work with you and help you tell your story!

Queer Vox is an in-depth four-week long class training for LGBTQ+ voice talent. I learned with industry veterans in the fields of video games and animation, and received individual attention and feedback.

I plan to build confidence in my voice through CCC, for as a transgender male, it is where I personally face the most challenge. 🏳️⚧ I love telling stories: especially the versatile ones brought to life through voice acting including animation, video games, visual novels, podcasts, and more. I will work on anything, though I especially love indie projects! 💜

I loved having Sterling onboard my project! Not only did he deliver a strong performance with great quality, his enthusiasm was very encouraging! I could tell he put a lot of research and thought into the role for his character, and even though the deadline I gave him was pretty tight, he still did a timely and stellar job. Definitely recommend!
