Hello all! My name is Wren, but you may call me Sanguine. I'm a 25-year-old detransitioning (FtMtF, she/her) actress and singer hoping to delve into some work with other creatives! I am willing and able to provide voice work for male, female, and nonbinary/androgynous characters.
I have practiced voice acting and singing on my own for most of my life. I also participated in private singing lessons for over five years and private VA lessons for one year. My vocal range is approximately E2-G4. My YouTube has some examples of my musical work!
When it comes to fandubs, I prefer to create my own voices rather than do impressions of existing actors. That being said, please let me know if you would like me to tweak the delivery of the auditions I submit to you. I am looking to learn from others more experienced than myself and cooperate with creators, so constructive criticism is more than welcome!
While English is the only language I'm entirely fluent in, I often sing in Japanese. I also have some experience with Canadian French and German, and minor experience with Spanish. Generally, singing is easier for me than speaking when it comes to languages I don't have a full grasp of.
Four-day VA class instructed by bilingual VA and casting director Stéphanie Broschart. Covers commercial reads, narration reads, and animation reads.
I had been accepted into the program twice, once in January 2018 and another in September 2020, but ultimately withdrew both times. I had completed approximately four months' worth of schooling cumulatively.
Coached me in preparation for my professional voice reel, and produced my current (2023) reel.
From 2019 to 2024.
Acting + Singing: While I'm willing to work unpaid (particularly for fandubs), I would prefer compensation if hired for original projects. I'm more than happy to discuss rates with project directors.
Vocal Tuning: I hand in completed files within a day or two of receiving the raw vocals. No charge if I'm cast as a singer in the project. Otherwise, $30 USD for solo song & single revision +$2 per additional revision afterwards, $50 flat for groups of two to four, +$10 for every extra voice beyond four.
I'm looking to do character acting and singing (if applicable) in original projects and fan works. Animation, anime, video games, visual novels, comic dubs, podcasts, audio dramas, and group covers are all in my wheelhouse! If I'm cast in a musical project or cover group, I also have experience with Melodyne and can tune vocals.
WILL VOICE/SING/TUNE: Original media, original songs, fandubs, covers. Potentially willing to do NSFW, ONLY IF PAID.
INTERESTS: The Magnus Archives, analog horror (The Mandela Catalogue, The Walten Files, etc),
Homestuck/Hiveswap, Danganronpa, Welcome to Night Vale, Your Turn To Die, Project Sekai, Vocaloid.

Sanguine is an awesome voice actor and singer. Definitely not a newbie to the voice acting scene, and their voice work is always excellent. Gives several excellent takes of lines, always surpassing everyone's expectations. I've seen some of Sanguine's song covers, and they are heavily disregarded. Please, please, please go check out Sanguine's YouTube channel, the covers there are so well done. 10 our of 10 would definitely recommend this chad :o)

He's got a very specific voice that happened to fit what I needed. He takes a second to direct but is always willing to learn and will apply his knowledge. He's very talented, on time, responsive, and has good acting instincts. I highly recommend him for your project.

YES YES YES!! Sanguine is amazing to work with, and has a great voice for both singing and voice acting. I've had the pleasure of working with him multiple times and it's always enjoyable. He's quick to respond, easy to work with, and a great guy! Gotta give him more recognition.

Sanguine is genuinely amazing, I'm sorry their voice is genuinely too good. It's awesome. They are immensely talented and amazing to work with. I worked with them on a project and we held some VC Voice Acting segments where the voice actors would practice skits and stuff with the other voice actors and it was really really fun. They have an amazing voice for voice acting and all-round deserve to be cast. I promise you will not regret casting them!
