I have been told by a lot of people I'm pretty harsh but I strongly disagree, why be soft on somebody if they wont take in what you tell them? So strict instruction is key to achieving any kind of good results.

Now I don't voice act per say, I merely can tell if you should even try to attempt something vocally or not.   

Experience is the key  and if you don't have it learn until you do!
