Who is Sonic the Hedgehog? (Comic Dub)
Project Overview
This is a pretty long comic dub with a large ensemble of characters. I decided to make a casting call via CCC to fill in quite a big selection of roles.
NOTICE: There will be no live direction, so chances are your audition might be used in the finished product.
Rules for auditioning:
Have a good microphone. (No built-ins; XLR or USB only.)
Have little to no room noise.
Include your Discord username in your audition in case I need any retakes.
Audition for as many characters as you like!
Please read your lines in a AAABBBCCC format.
2-3 takes per line.
Deadline: November 17th, 2024 at 12:00AM PDT.

He's proven himself to be a great role model and a protector for Cream. Therefore, he's my ally.

He's a fierce fighter, able to face my whole pack, only by himself. But he acts with a resolve I don't know of.
He gives compassion for the enemy, while he should finish it. I simply cannot understand him. Now get out of my sight.

He's the IMAGE of fun! Without him, I'd still be stuck in the village dealing with mundane work! He gave me the taste for true adventure!

Whisper also doesn't have an official voice so feel free to experiment with an original take for her. I'd imagine somewhere between mid-range is ideal. My headcanon voice for her would be Fluttershy, but a bit more mature. I'm always up for different takes though!

I must admit, Sonic has energy and drive that seems to pull people to him.

He's powerful, and at the same time unpredictable-almost chaotic...A person who can end it all if he wanted to, but chooses to play in a game I don't understand. It's dangerous...

When asked, every answer comes differently. Some respect him, some look up to him, some loathe him. And some others simply can't understand him.
Much like them-to me, it feels like Sonic is something that can never be explained, like an anomaly...
...like he's a force of nature.
Currently looking for video editors. Mainly someone to mix/master the audio recordings, add music/SFX, and adding their own unique flair to it!
