We're All Connected Somehow (Voice Actors Recasting)
Project Overview
We're All Connected Somehow is a series involving three stories and a game created by me (New York Rose):
1.A Shh… Dolly Doo is Here is a mixture of like Boogeyman and like Emily Wants to Play)
The character named Dolly Doo (she’s a 6 foot, rubber hosed doll who is basically the personification of a fear of dolls slightly based off of Raggedy Anne)
The game consists of you (the player) playing as Dallas (who is a child) as she explores her home while her doll antagonizes her scaring her at every move. Each room has different mechanics. Every room has 3 common things that will stay the same; sanity meter, dolly (main threat), and a distraction (character(s) that help dolly and can affect the sanity meter). You can collect items to unlock hidden secrets or endings. Tons of secrets, Easter eggs, boss fights, cutscenes, new mechanics, achievements and tons of creepy characters at every turn.
1.B The One and Only Dallas Doo is about a young kid who's always has trouble fitting in. Her creativity and uniqueness not only makes it harder for her to communicate with others but makes it easier for her mother to hate her. Dallas loves her older brother Charlie and is hurt greatly when he isn't in the picture as he tries to go to college. Dallas meets a woman named Ms. Moon and adores her company, for she was the only one who seemed to want her around. Ms. Moon learns about Dallas' hard life with her mother and attempts to adopt Dallas throughout the story. While Dallas tries to escape her reality, she loses herself in her imagination and attempts to battle her fears face on with the help of her imaginary friends.

2. Now Downloading... ERR0R0809 is about a woman named Mercy Danna who accidentally gets downloaded into a computer when trying to create a new Robot that can feel emotions through a single DNA strand. Mercy's Boyfriend Charles attempts to remove her but manages to get her completely lost within the interwebs between computers all over the world. The digital world is too much for her and she begins to lose her sanity in a desperate need of company she finally travels to a young girl's computer. The name of the computer is named Jessica's PC. She learns more and more about the girl. She starts losing emotions of happiness and joy. She attempts to talk and bring the girl into the computer hoping to find company but instead she finds a key out of the darkness.

3. The Tales of a Withered Rose Is about a teenager named Zoey R. Miller was always forced to help her father's Circus business named Bonjour Rose Entertainment even at a young age after her mother's death. Once her father's company almost got shut down they were prompted to move to France to again, live out her father's dream. Her father hired some engineers to build these new animatronics to deliver perfect shows that no other person besides his daughter could perform. Zoey was infuriated that her father was trying to replace her with the new Bonjour Rose animatronic. She hated performing with the robot not knowing why he made such a dangerous thing for her to perform with. Then one final night she stood up to her dad. Telling him she would not even get near that animatronic the night of the grand show. His anger and rage overthrew him and he tried hurting Zoey. By pushing her into the robot, the robot turned on and locked the girl inside the arms. Scared and confined she tried getting out but her father was gonna teach her a lesson to try scaring her more he turned on the robot for the worse mistake in his life.

Charlie the main voice has different versions of himself and therefore will sound different for every line labeled with these name but make sure not to give him too much of a change:
Charlie is 18 year old boy who sounds older brother-ish very sweet, he thinks about his little sister a lot, but he has priorities. He's very smart, very clumsy, a goofball and into computer science. I’d imagine him with a slightly deeper voice but it’s smooth when talking. Unfortunately I can’t think of any examples currently but updates will come.
Charles is the older version of Charlie and therefore has a little more maturity to his voice. There is also a little more concerned and worried tone to his voice often. Just trying to keep his wife safe and protect her from any negative thoughts she may have. Voice is a little more gravelly than Charlie and obviously and is a little slightly deeper in tone.

CHARLIE:(Soft and considerate act like you are telling your younger sibling about how sweet they are) Ya know Dallas, any Brother would be happy to have you as a sister! Like you're super sweet and kind. I must be the luckiest guy in the world!(Act like your a little annoyed but you're trying to still be calmly headed) Dallas I'm sorry that I'm leaving but it has to be this way!
CHARLIE:( Softly, put but slightly unfocused) Dallas I’m trying to focus. I have a test this week and if I don’t complete this, I will never graduate at this rate. Please just leave it by my door and I’ll pick it up later and I’ll give you a hug before you go to bed just knock on my door. I know mom’s a hassle but try to keep quiet. I don’t want the situation to happen again.
CHARLES:(act scared and worried in this scene its your fault someone is hurt. Your voice should be a little shaky at points)MERCY!! OMG MERCY CAN YOU HEAR ME PLEASE ANSWER ME!OMG WHAT DID I DO!(Calmly and talking to self) maybe if I just wait out here she will come back. I’m sure she just has stuff on her mind. It’ll be OK Charles It’ll be OK.
This character has two sides one bossy snotty mother and one creepy smile the kind that haunts the dreams of Dallas
Martha Doo: Sounding Much Like Mother Gothel (but without the accent and cartoonish exaggerated tone ) she is cruel and only has the worst intentions for Dallas Doo(her daughter)
she needs to be able to have a stern voice, but also can play it off as a good mother. You will need to yell a lot in this role.
Martha: (Act Stern and Hostile. Have no intention of making people feel safe)DALLAS FOR THE LAST TIME. YOU ARE NOT HER'S YOUR MINE!! YOUR NOTHING BUT A TOY FOR WHICH I WILL PLAY WITH UNTIL YOU ARE DEADDallas if you leave this room I'll make sure you never see the light of day again do you understand
Martha: (Mother giving a warning but will all seriousness) DALLAS! Turn around!” *pause* “It’s currently 7 PM! You have exactly one hour! ONE HOUR! To be in your room. No food, No lights, just Dallas in her room, got it?” *continues* “If you are not in your room at exactly 8 O’ Clock, your dresser and bed are out of the room. Blankets, pillows, toys and belongings will be locked in my room. Got it?!” (Slightly lowers her voice and delivers her message a bit more stern). “Goodnight Dallas, you better keep quiet, I have work tomorrow”
Martha: (Yelling) Dallas Lynn Doolittle, you open the door this instant! You lied to me! Your own mother, you lied to your mother. And now I’ll make you pay!
Should TONE WISE (not with the British Accent) sound like the first Willam Afton in this Video but should act slightly more aggressive.
(Act like your trying to persuade someone to do something that they don't really want to do)
Zoey this is my dream. My calling, not yours. Don't you wanna make your father proud!
(Act like you're in a heated argument)
Zoey! Can't you see I have no intentions of making you feel better? You're 17. I don't care how you're life is. My parents never cared why should I! You're nothing more than a brat.
(get more heated here and when you get to the last bit act like you shoved someone forcefully )
Now you're going to perform with Rose whether you like it or not!
