Warhammer Fantasy Casting Call (PAID - continuous casual work)
Project Overview
Hello! My name is Adam and I come before bringing an exciting opportunity to become part of a novel project hosted by the Book of Choyer, to be a cast member to help liven up our lore narration. Ive attached an example of some of our recent work.
Our lore channel focuses on Warhammer Fantasy and Warhammer 40k lore, and we are now diversifying into conveying the lore through first person narrations, as well as including quotes to help create a more immersive video.
Please note that this is an experimental project that will go on for about 1 - 2 months before we confirm that this will be a permanent condition for our channel.
We are currently looking for 2 female voice actresses and 2 male voice actors, who know how express emotion and act with the lines they are given.
How this will work is:
After selected out of the auditions, the chosen VA will be invited onto discord and, after an informal introduction to know each other, will be provided a quote with some direction on how they should voice it. For each quote the VA will be paid $6.00. This will be ongoing so you will most likely have 1 to 2 quotes to voice for every script you receive. We produce 2 - 3 scripts a month. It is imperative that you complete the quote and send back to me within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in a breach of terms and we will search for a new cast member.
Rules to apply:
We would prefer to have someone who knows about Warhammer Fantasy or Warhammer 40K, but this will of course definitely not influence our decision when seeking talent.
Condenser/Professional microphone with a pop filter must be used in your auditions and voice work, and you must be fluent in English. This is non-negotiable.
In terms of accents, English/English accent variation is welcome (e.g northern/Irish/Aristocratic/Dutch etc...) but not American (due to the setting of the stories, but this may change in future).

Second Line: Should be said in a baleful, scornful voice.
Third Line: Should be said in a courageous, strong voice, conveying conviction to a cause

First line: This voice should sound gruff and grim, and as if teaching/training someone.
Second line: This voice should sound evil with intelligence. Its threatening and confident.
Third Line: This voice should sound like someone recalling a traumatic experience.
