this is my third time making this specific casting call and hopefully it's the last. I need voice actors! - CITI CRIMMINS is a 3D animated short created in Dreams, in the style of a comic book. Angry, hard-boiled, and head chief of the police department. I imagine him sounding bold, demanding, and straight to the point.
