Tony is a narrow gauge tank engine (as the original #4) who works on the Dunham Hills and Kingsterm Railway.

Tony is one of the kindest tank engines on the narrow gauge railway, and loves telling jokes and making everyone laugh if they feel depressed. However, he hates rainy and snowy days, due to having to travel slowly instead of the usual speed limit out on the rails.

Justin is a Jinty class tank engine.

Justin is described to be a hard-worker and can really have a go at someone to defend a friend. He's always happy to help out wherever he is needed.

Merlin is a very powerful wizard who lives at Kingsterm Castle in Kingsterm. He also has a small hut in Grdnic where he sometimes goes to work on new spells and formulas.

Merlin is a wizard of unspecified origin, who is often found in his house, practicing magic. He is a very wise character who believes in the philosophy of "Brain over Brawn." To this end, Merlin values education as opposed to the war-training philosophies shared by much of the rest of society. He also warns those who seek his guidance not to believe that magic will solve every problem. Despite his wisdom, he can be absentminded and forgetful, as well as clumsy, with his long beard often getting tangled up in whatever he might be doing.

Daran is a tender engine who shares a sort of rivalry with James when it comes to paintwork. He used to work for the Finbar Fleet as it's primary breakdown engine until the end of the infamous Villain War.

While Daran idolizes shiny and lustrous things, whether it’s newly painted coaches or his own livery, he can’t stand anyone who has a shinier or more splendid livery than himself. His biggest pet peeve is having his paintwork getting even the smallest scratch.

While his voice source is freelanced, one voice source I’d strongly recommend is Daran Norris (the voice actor Daran is named after) as Transformers : Prime’s Knock Out.

Giovanni is the leader of Team Rocket and the Gym Leader of Viridian City in the Kanto region. He had sent Jessie, James, Meowth, and a small squadron of Team Rocket Grunts to snoop and spy around Pokémon Stadium, Arena, and Center to see what they can steal and what could be used to the evil organization’s advantage. He checks up on the team every now and again, and is associated with Tiffany Boggs.

Giovanni, being the leader of Team Rocket, is pure evil. And like any power craving villain, his desire is to help conquer the world, no matter what it takes.

Espio is a purple, anthropomorphic chameleon who’s both a special ninja warrior and a member of the Chaotix Detective Agency alongside Vector and Charmy Bee. Together, the trio solves whatever cases they are given, where Espio is able to put his skills to good use. He possesses the ability as well to blend in with his environment.

A straight-laced detective committed to his job, Espio is serious, practical, intelligent and wise. He has a militaristic discipline despite being quiet, calm and laid-back. Espio is additionally portrayed as being stubborn, opinionated and self-obsessed. Despite this, he has an excellent drive to all that he does and flourishes off of peril, getting himself into threatening situations to flex and polish his ninja skills, and, due to his extensive training, he can confront these troubles head-on unconcerned by danger.

Flannery is the Gym Leader of Lavaridge Town in the Hoenn region.

Impulsive and spirited, Flannery isn't the most experienced trainer of her type. But what she lacks in practice, she makes up with charisma and ambition.

While Flannery is a great trainer, she sometimes messes up by not being calm.

Flannery likes to battle a lot, especially the battles where she can test her fire Pokémon against stronger opponents.

Meiko is a member of the Vocaloids, and the oldest of the group.

Meiko is very mature, and takes care of her fellow band members as if they’re her own family. She is very compassionate, but is by no means a delicate flower. She isn’t afraid to be tough when necessary at all! However, she can be very kind as well, especially to her friends.

Zephie is a young scissor-lift chugger from Chuggington.

Usually, Zephie is very kind; she is helpful, supportive, and encourages others to embrace themselves. She is relatively young, and while older than Wilson, Brewster and Koko, is quite oblivious and on the surface, the embodiment of innocence.

In the past, however, Zephie has shown to be more complex than as previously mentioned. On multiple occasions, Zephie has given off signs of envy; essentially, when she becomes conceited about something (ie. being called a ray of sunshine, or generally complemented) and someone receives the same attention, Zephie feels that only she should be receiving it.

Zephie has also shown signs of a lack of confidence, due to the fact that she lacks the capability of many other chuggers her age.

In all, while she has proved to be far from perfect, Zephie is a helpful chugger who is always happy to help.

Little Owl, used to be referred to as The Goods Engine, is a faceless tank engine from Bigg City Port who often hauls freight.

Ever since his accident in Bigg City Port, Little Owl became quite nervous about crossing bridges. Other than that, he often tries his hardest to get the freight he often hauls to its destination on time, without confusion or delay.

Denny is a medium blue diesel engine who works for the Dream Fleet Rail Co. He has a twin called Emmet.

Denny is a hard worker, always taking pride in most jobs he’s given, and is a friend to all those who are on the Dream Fleet.

Xion is a female human who’s both a keyblade warrior and a former resident of Villain Island. She was actually created from Kairi’s memories of Sora during the infamous Villain War (which makes him a sort of stepbrother to her).

When created, she was a shy, secluded individual and wasn’t entirely comfortable creating havoc and causing destruction like her former villainous colleagues in addition to living a life of hate involving the enemy. After engaging the enemy (mainly Sora, Donald and Goofy), she was actually shown that there was a better path to take than originally planned.

She’s also clever and knows how to think on her feet, as seen when she managed to make her former comrades think she was escaping the island by a speedboat (which in turn gets destroyed by Starscream and Blitzwing) after betraying her former allies before leaving for Transportonia by rowboat to join the Transportonian Defense Force.

Once the TDF accepted her (some more skeptical than others at first), she has shown to have a kind heart and often shown numerous times that she’s willing to go the distance to protect her allies and friends from the wrath given by the Villain Island villains. This also includes protecting Sora.

Tim is a traction engine who works on Shale Farm, as he belongs to Farmer Darla Shale.

Tim is a pretty friendly and hardworking traction engine, though he has been known to tease both Mike and Frank whenever given the opportunity.

Philip is a little diesel box cab from The Island of Sodor who helps shunt in the various industrial and shunting yards across Transportonia.

Philip is a little diesel boxcab engine with a big personality. Philip is a comic character and a bit of a class clown. He is very eager and full of enthusiasm, and he has an innocent, but very overblown sense of his own capabilities. Philip can be very funny, but some of the bigger engines have very little patience for the little boxcab, and find him annoying. Philip is strong, fast and likes to hurry about and can constantly boast about it. But Philip's confidence is as big if not bigger than anyone's and he is always willing to try and definitely believes in himself. His actions and attitude soon won him many new friends on Sodor, especially Thomas and Percy, but Gordon and James find his bragging a little hard to accept.

Despite this, Philip can be the exact opposite if he chooses to. He is shown being quiet and enjoying the scenery, just like Toby.

All in all, Philip reminds Edward of Thomas when he first came to Sodor.

Adora is a raccoon girl who lives with Penny and Kit up in the hills of Foxton Valley.

Adora is very shy and nervous around anyone besides Penny and Kit, especially after losing her parents in a rockslide in a canyon deep within the hills. Because of this, she tends to be overly cautious when offered something new.

Byron is a prideful bulldozer with a big blade. He carries out bulldozing work along with leveling the ground. He works for the Transportonian Construction Co.

Byron is a boisterous bulldozer with a big blade. He likes nothing better than showing the other machines on how to get the job done. He is very proud and does not like to waste his talents on jobs he feels are beneath his stature. Byron is the envy of all the other vehicles...or, at least, he thinks he is. He has a booming voice and likes to work hard. Nevertheless, Byron is always enthusiastic, reliable and wise.

Dunbar is a diesel-electric hybrid chugger from Chuggington. He often works on The Transportonian Main Line as a freight diesel, but occasionally shunts in various yards and junctions across Transportonia.

Dunbar tries to ensure that engines and chuggers are hooked up with the right coach or freight car whenever he’s shunting in the yard. He has a strong work ethic and takes great pride in the role he plays in shaping the young trainees to be successful, hard-working engines. While he lacks much tolerance, Dunbar does care about the trainees, evident by his noticeable anxiety when they go off to make their first deliveries. Dunbar wants to ensure that the young engines and chuggers know how to control new rolling stock before they venture off for the day. When the trainees get frustrated and want to give up, Dunbar encourages them to keep trying; he is full of helpful tips and advice.

Max and Monty are devious and troublesome red dump truck twins who work for the Transportonian Construction Co.

Max and Monty are usually devious and reckless trucks who cause trouble for everyone they come into contact with but are sternly scolded by Bob, Wendy, Miss Jenny, or any other form of authority when they are found out. They are also known to bully smaller construction vehicles, particularly Jack and Alfie, and sometimes, their reckless actions can cause serious consequences either for others or themselves. Despite being unruly, obnoxious and obstreperous at times with dangerous stunts, they both have a good, caring side (Max was visibly shocked when Jack damaged his arms saving Thomas) and are just as hardworking as the rest of their colleagues.

Over time however, their bullying antics seem to have died down, but they are still reckless and troublesome. The two deeply care for each other, even if they argue from time-to-time.

Pauline is the Transportonian Railway Police Department’s railcar. Her main job is to carry police officers to scenes of crime.

Pauline's always one to take her job seriously, as well as looking quite sour and bad tempered to all those outside the T.R.P.D.

Azul is a small cabless tender engine who lives at Greendale Valley Sheds in Greendale Valley and works on the Greendale Valley Railway, though he occasionally works on the Transportonian Main Line for small jobs like shunting.

Azul, a little Hispanic locomotive, isn't as busy as most of the engines that work on the Greendale Valley Railway, but he’s certainly one of the most cheerful ones on the team, taking both passengers and freight alongside his friends The Greendale Rocket, Bonnie, Terry, Huey, Roja, and Amarillo. He's especially proud of his big whistle, which he won in a big railway race back on his home railway in Mexico.

Joanne Swanson was a railway director who lives up in Medvigy (now the station mistress there). She was hired by Sir Topham Hatt and Dan Peterson to help keep the Anderson City and Medvigy Branch Line running smoothly and gives the engines who stay at Medvigy their jobs for the day. She used to be in charge of the former Swanson Fleet where she had more engines, rolling stock, and staff to be in charge of.

Joanne Swanson is described as firm but fair. She shows a lot of kindness towards the engines who work on the branch, but can be very strict with one that gets into an accident due to carelessness or is late due to daydreaming.

Roland is a diesel engine who works for the Eggman Shipping Co. and The Finbar Scrapyards.

Roland can be pretty bossy and brutal at times, even towards his own teammates, though he's close friends with Keith.

Olton Hall is a preserved express engine who’s a part of the West Coast Railways. He sometimes runs some special rail tours along either the Northern Coastline Railway or the Transportonian Main Line.

Flynn Rider, his real name being Eugene Fitzherbert, is a royal visitor from The Kingdom of Corona. He is the husband of Rapunzel.

He has a good heart, and is always willing to adventure by his wife’s side, whether that place is in the hills near Kingsterm, or anywhere else on Transportonia.....whenever the both of them are visiting that is.

Rosa is a Spanish crane chugger from San Locomota and the newest member of the Chuggineers.

Rosa is a chugger with plenty of experience with her work in San Locomota! While she mainly specializes in construction work, she has experience and knowledge in multiple areas, such as using a map to plan a passenger route with how complicated the rail network back home was or making sure cars carrying loose loads like coal or stone are evenly balanced and unbalanced loads tend to cause problems for the engines pulling them further down the line.

Skylar is a crane "chugger" from Chuggington who assists with construction work and track maintenance.

Young, energetic, and laid-back, Skylar is often seen around Transportonia assisting with construction work, repair jobs, or simple tasks like loading and unloading small crates with other crane engines like Harvey. With a precise and relaxed way of doing things, Skylar always knows just what tools to bring out for the job and enjoys helping out with anything where he is needed! With a shovel claw, a hook winch, and his trusty grapple at the ready, Skylar is there when you're in a tight-spot for track work!

His voice sources are Michael Quartey (UK) and Brendan Dooling/Tony Denman/Jason Durran (US).

Thurston is a blue tender engine that at one point was on trial on Sodor in 1923, but was sent away shortly due to bad behavior. He’s also a former member of the Finbar Fleet.

He's quite egocentric and smug, always insulting some of the older engines, often calling them squeaky, slow or old. Although he sometimes comes off as a jerk and sometimes doesn't even play fair when it comes to competition, karma usually comes around and bites him in the tender, teaching him a lesson in the process. And while he often apologizes for being mean and not playing fair, it usually isn’t long before he’s back at it again.

Bertha and Briana are a pair of twin diesel railcars who work on The Transportonian Main Line. They often travel back-to-back, so they never need a turntable to turn around.

Caspian is a brave engine, willing to take on any job in any kind of weather. According to him, the worse the weather is, the more exciting the job gets, which tends to make him very reckless at times.

Dominic, sometimes referred to as The Spiteful Brake Van, is a spiteful and troublesome brake van from The Island of Sodor.

Like the Troublesome Trucks and as his original name implies, Dominic is spiteful, very rude, disrespectful and incredibly impolite to the engines, especially Donald and Douglas.

Stakeout, more commonly known as The Coast Guard, is a small port authority boat from Bigg City Port.

Stakeout often stands at the entrance to the estuary of Welker Harbour ready to question and check incoming shipping before clearance. When he's not doing that, he inspects large-scale operations, such as demolition and quarry work. He may be a small coast guard ship, but his position as a sort of police force on the waters means he shows a strong authoritarian personality towards boats of all shapes and sizes.

Barry is a Pokémon Trainer from Twinleaf Town in Sinnoh.

Barry has a hyperactive personality, especially when he overreacts over the smallest mishap and tries to “fine” someone for it. He shares Bianca’s bad habit of crashing into people and knocking them over, but unlike her, he never really apologizes for it.

Donkey Kong is an ape who works in the yard at Radcliffe Junction with Diddy Kong.

While he does tend to laze about in the workman’s hut most of the time and his greatest strength is eating bananas, he works hard at working in the yard from coupling up and uncoupling coaches and wagons from various trains, to cleaning up oil spills. He goes out with Candy whenever both get some time off. And whenever he and his closest friends get more than a few days off, they go up into the hills along the Kisara Canal for adventures, usually ending up stumbling across King K. Rool and his forces searching for the legendary gem called The Dragon’s Eye.

Hilbert is a Pokémon trainer from Nuvema Town in the Unova region. He's friends with Bianca and Hilda.

He’s a quiet boy from time to time, but is often always ready for an adventure, especially alongside his friends.

Penny is a 17 year old hemi-human fox girl who lives with Kit and Adora up in the hills of Foxton Valley.

Penny acts like a big sister to Kit and Adora, and is willing to protect them from danger no matter what it takes. She can be quite eager to try new things like foods she considers to be “special” and “unique” whenever she and/or those she lives with visits civilization.

Shannon is an Irish traction engine who works at the Tewson Apple Orchard.

Shannon is wise and knows how to take care around the orchard he lives on and while traveling down the road making deliveries of apples to market. The other road vehicles and some railway engines often tease him for being too careful, which usually gets the better of them.

Donald Duck is an anthropomorphic duck who, after some special training with Merlin, can do magic that he uses to protect his friends and defeat any villain trying to hurt them. He has an uncle, three nephews, and a sister.

While Donald really cares about his family, friends, and allies, he has a "problem child" like temper that sometimes makes him go berserk, which thankfully doesn’t last.

Bunnie Rabbot is an anthropomorphic rabbit who has been partially roboticized. As such, she possesses mechanical body parts that provide her with superhuman strength and telescopic limbs. She is a good friend to Sally and Sonic.

Bunnie is a very warm and friendly person who is always ready to help others. She is always there to offer a shoulder to lean on, namely when she helps calm or comfort Sally whenever she has problematic topics on her mind.

She's very emotional when it comes to her mechanical body. She evidently misses being a fully organic being, and hopes to one day be completely de-roboticized.

She's usually patient and tolerant. However, she does have a limit for much she can take, as she often gets irritated by someone who either is clumsy or has pompous behavior, especially when they have to do something together.

Bluster is the station master at Breenidad.

Conceited, pompous, vain, and narcissistic, Bluster is motivated by his lust for Candy and his pride. He regularly tries to demean and belittle Donkey Kong. Bluster acts regal, but when the odds are stacked against him, he snaps like a twig and will resort to begging and even aid his aggressors, such as the evil King K. Rool. However, he does show a kind side, yet his efforts at heroism usually end up causing more harm than good.

Under special circumstances, Bluster has proven to be caring, helpful and a competent hero, and he has even shown empathy for characters aside from Candy. When he isn't sparing against Donkey Kong for Candy's affections, Bluster has been known to set aside past feuds with Donkey Kong, enabling the two to work together harmoniously and be friendly with one another. Donkey Kong also sees Bluster's greater potential.

Vector is an anthropomorphic green-skinned crocodile with spiky red scales down his tail and goldenrod-colored eyes. He is the leader of the Chaotix Detective Agency in Anderson City, alongside Espio and Charmy Bee.

A professional detective and good leader who tends to overreact his role as a private eye, Vector has a passion for music and good detective fiction. He enjoys money and energy drinks, and although he can occasionally act rough and harsh towards Charmy for picking on him or being annoying, deep down, he has a kind heart and is always prepared to lend a hand to those in need. While generally taking any job that pays, he avoids illegal work. He is even somewhat of a romantic, describing himself as a secret "big old softie" and once tried out the task of a "love detective".

Millie is Sir Robert Norramby's private French narrow gauge engine. She works on the Estate Railway at Ulfstead Castle on The Island Of Sodor alongside Stephen and Glynn, and is sometimes lent to Transportonia to mainly help out with passenger services along the Dunham Hills and Kingsterm Railway.

Millie is a narrow gauge engine. She has worked on the Earl of Sodor’s Estate Railway for many years. She is very loyal to the Earl and her relationship is like that of a personal servant. They have fun together and are as close as many friends, but there is also a certain formality to their relationship. Millie is a youthful, fun-loving, friendly engine who is full of spirit, and can be fiery when crossed. But she is also fair-minded and never spiteful. That said, she will take it upon herself to teach an uppity engine a lesson, should she feel the need. She always wants to do the best by the Earl and will defer to his judgment in all things, but when it comes to other engines, she has a mind of her own.

Goofy is an anthropomorphic dog characterized as a hick with a southern drawl. Goofy is predominantly known for his slapstick style of comedy. He has a special shield that can repel just about any kind of attack sent his way, and often battles alongside Sora and Donald.

Clumsy, unintelligent, and humble are some of the words that describe Goofy. Living a rather simple lifestyle, Goofy tends to miss the obvious, act somewhat childish and absent-minded, and gets confused very easily. As a result of these factors, Goofy is rather accident-prone and is an easy target for trouble. Nevertheless, his blissfulness usually keeps him from any legitimate harm, as he tends to walk away from life-threatening danger with a smile and his signature guffaw. He also has a heart for those who look really sad.

Emmet is a medium brown diesel engine who works for the Dream Fleet Rail Co. He has a twin called Denny.

Like his twin, He's a hard worker, always taking pride in most jobs he’s given, and is a friend to all those who are on the Dream Fleet.

Officer Jenny is a police officer transferred from the Kalos region to keep Anderson City safe.

Officer Jenny’s sworn duty is to serve and protect the citizens of Anderson City, no matter what the danger. Though she can be strict and stubborn at times, She’s willing to listen and help out anyone with a major problem anyway she can.

Jet is an anthropomorphic hawk and the leader of a small team called The Babylon Rogues. He is known as the "Legendary Wind Master” due to his mastery of Extreme Gear riding, which has earned him an impressive reputation. He's rivals with Sonic when it comes to speed.

Jet is highly arrogant, confident, conceited and holds high standards. He has a massive ego, considering himself the fastest, and holds everyone else in low regard, often bragging about his skills. While he is willing to praise others, he usually makes his compliments short and follows up with an insult. Over time, Jet has matured slightly and become more of a sport as he gave Shadow and Rouge genuine compliments on their skills.

Jet is usually very rude and disrespectful, and has a snide sense of humor. He enjoys insulting others and rubbing his victory or other's losses in their faces. Even when dealing with his own teammates, Jet cites both Storm and Wave with insults and ignores them.

Jet is extremely prideful and protective of his reputation, not wanting to look bad. He is also a sore loser and refuses the pity of others as he considers it a direct insult to his character. Regardless, he stands by his losses, even if it was because of unexpected events, and will work hard to overcome them. He also despises those who are faster or more confident than him.

Funky is a pilot who lives at the Tranportonian Airport.

Funky is always described as a “laid back” and “chill” kind of ape. His favorite hobbies are flying his own biplane or riding the waves when he visits the seaside.

Bea is a human teenage girl who's also a gym leader from the Galar region.

Bea has been shown to be a serious combatant in both battles and karate. Apart from that, she is seasoned and powerful, being able to defeat Gym Leaders and Dojo Master. She also uses fighting stances when giving commands during battle. Resilient and confident, Bea emphasizes greatly on her own rules and can be rather blunt with her frank words even if it means hurting others feelings.

Although mostly keeping a tough exterior, Bea actually has a soft spot for desserts. She even was a messy eater as crumbs were seen on her face when eating desserts. Despite her lack of emotions on the outside, Bea is actually a very kind and compassionate person.

Nigel is a big green diesel engine who works for the Dream Fleet Rail Co. He has a twin called Jerry.

Nigel usually pulls freight along the main line. He’s a hard worker, always determined to prove he’s a really useful engine.

Astrid is a small tank engine who often works around the yards in Anderson City, and sometimes even serves as station pilot at the station.

Astrid may be one of the smaller shunters in the yard, but she can be quite feisty and doesn’t tolerate it when bigger engines insult her or any of the other small engines about their size and think they can get away Scott free. Despite her attitude, she can be a hard worker, always doing the best she can to be a really useful engine.

Diddy Kong is Donkey Kong’s nephew, as well as his helper at Radcliffe Junction.

Diddy is friendly and adventurous, willing to help out his friends during times of need.

Cream is a young anthropomorphic rabbit who lives with her mother at a bakery located near Anderson City Central. She occasionally helps oversee baked goods being delivered, but her favorite hobby is picking flowers and making them into flower crowns for both her mother and her friends.

Cream is a princess-like figure; she is polite, follows manners (and never forgets them) and does what she is told. Her mother's strict, but kind discipline has made Cream very polite, and she acts so with a cheerful smile on her face and a soft voice. She's very kind, friendly, hardworking and tries to be close to everyone she meets, which is always returned in kind, and is always ready to lend her friends a hand whenever the situation calls for it.

Luka Megurine is a member of the Vocaloids, and the second in command, in a sense.

Luka is very kind, gentle, and shy, and acts very mature. She could also be described as cool, and somewhat mysterious, in some instances. She holds the group together, and often solves problems with compassion of her own and reason. However, she has some difficulty standing up for herself, which her band members help her with.

While Quint has always been known to be either a bit grumpy or upset whenever things don’t turn out the way he wants when delivering his goods, he always tries to get them delivered to their destination whatever it takes. He’s often impressed on how the smaller engines prove that they’re just as mighty as the bigger ones, and even looks out for them whenever they’re insulted by those who don’t see the value of the little engines.

Whitney is a teenage human who’s also the Gym Leader of Goldenrod City in the Johto region. She comes to Transportonia every once in a while.

Whitney makes a lot of mistakes and messes up a lot of time, mostly because of her forgetfulness. Like most girls, Whitney also likes shopping. She also has a charismatic, sweet personality.

Michael is a tender engine who does mixed traffic work on The Northern Coastline Railway.

Michael really enjoys working by the sea, and wouldn’t wanna work on any other routes. He does, however, tend to get upset during the stormy seasons, usually taking place in the spring and winter. On beautiful days, he tends to sing as he works.
