TTS Voice Assistant Project
Project Overview
Hello everyone! This project to record for a Text to Speech Voice Assister that I am in charge of finding roles for. I need a variety of male and female narrators who can record 20 scripts of 2000 lines or about 18,000 words each. Meaning one whole script is about 18,000 words broken down into 2000 lines. Each actor would only be assigned one script and I need 20 actors, so multiple people will be cast for each voice type. All roles are paid. All payment will be made through either paypal or venmo.
Deadlines:
After you have been cast, I will send you the text and you will have about 2 weeks to send in your lines. Please be able to meet this. After this I will send out payments within a week.
Requirements:
1. Please have fun!
2. Professional Recording Equipment and recording environment are required to ensure the quality of recording. If you do not have a decent microphone, please do not audition. **Just a tip. If you have a good mic but it doesn't seem to be working well, make sure it is connected in whatever editing program you are using. And it is an xlr mic, sometimes you have to download an extra software on your computer so that your interface will work.**
3. Please DO NOT slate auditions. Only send the audition.
4. Need clear reading habits. Each word should be pronounced clearly.
5. Please provide files with NO noise reduction or other processing on the files while still avoiding clicks.
6. Record with 48000hz 16bit mono wav format, sound card. This is very important and auditions that do not adhere to this will not be considered.
7. Needs to be recorded emotionally neutral, not too rich, but needs sweet, natural, warm, positive records.
