Toter's Maze - Horror game
Project Overview
Toter's Maze is a video game adaptation of a horror story called, you guessed it, "Toter's Maze". The game is almost entirely complete with only a few visual effects left to add, so you can rest easy knowing that the game won't be cancelled. Once completed it will be released on Scratch, and though Scratch is a relatively low quality engine I have made the most of it's features to create a really cool and terrifying game. Without further ado, it's time to audition! Good luck!

To those who have been cast: If you have a Discord, PM me your tag. If not, please give me another way to contact you. I was going to send this out in a PM, but CCC saw it as spam.
This is the player's mother. She's calling to tell you that your father has been brutally murdered.
*sobbing*
There was so much blood... who would do something like this?
I'm just so scared; what if they're still here?
The title says it all; I want the most terrifying, soul-piercing scream you can do. If it gives me chills, you get the part!
*scream*
A previous victim who can be heard faintly warning the player to close the program. I want their lines to be a jumble of seemingly random tones and speeds. For example: "Close the program. CLOSE... the proGRAM. Close... TH... e PROgram.
Close the program. (multiple times with different tones and speeds)
A hiding victim who's pleads can be heard faintly.
No, please, stay away!
*crying*
I need the victims voices to be faint and slightly distorted, I need the scream to be edited and distorted to be as terrifying as possible, and I need the mother's voice to be edited to sound like she's on the phone.
Say something you think would fit
While I can always find royalty free tracks online, it would be nice for the game to have it's own little soundtrack. I want an 8-bit track that starts out normal on the first level and gets creepier as the levels progress. There are 6 levels in total: 1-2 are relatively normal, 3 is slightly out of place, 4 is where things get scary, 5 is even creepier, and 6 is scary as well as tense because of a counting down timer.
