The Voice of a D&D Character : A Gift!
Project Overview
Hello and welcome to the D&D Character Lines : A Gift project! My friend and I have been doing a campaign for a few years now and she absolutely adores the characters that we get to interact with. I'm the DM, and I'd love to grab her some voiced lines of those she loves the most. This is Darius, also known as Mr. Dark. He's a demon-like figure known as a Grim Jester, crafted from an evil witch. He was made with the shadow and reflection of another man - a man by the name of Urmius, or Mr. Light. He's his exact opposite, or is he? Darius grows over time to find his own identity and become his own person, finding his own feelings and morals. Despite all the hardships, he ends up falling in love with the player character, Elora.
These will be lines from the game itself, as well as comfort lines directed to the player! If you have any questions, please don't be afraid to ask. Thank you for your consideration, and I look forward to bringing this character to life!

The sole character we wish to voice! Darius is a jester and a ringleader. He wears black and white harlequin clothes with a matching hat and a spade tattooed over one eye. He's extravagant, sultry, insane, talented, a touch outwardly-arrogant (he's quite insecure, actually). He speaks with a lower voice but not one that's too deep. It's adorned with him elongating certain words, practically purring in some lines, and a bit of an accent that I have a hard time placing (I do my own voice for him, so it can be a bit hard to describe!). Feel free to get creative with him and present him in a way that feels best for you! He does go through a redemption arc, so he has some evil lines and some nice ones.
