The Starfell Audio Drama
Project Overview
The Starfell Main Cast Casting Call
The Starfell is an audio drama set in the world of Aphelion. This audio drama will consist of 22 episodes, which will begin recording in January 2022.
We are currently looking for our main cast, which consists of ten characters.
Line counts will vary from episode to episode. Main characters will have as few as 0-10 lines an episode, or as many as 100-200 lines. We are looking for rates (per line, per finished hour and/or an expected amount per episode) to determine fair compensation for all our voice actors.
Deadline is Monday, December 27th at 11:59pm PST. Casting will take place between December 28th and December 31st. Selected cast will be contacted between January 1-5th.
Please label files as CharacterName_YourName (example: Mavalin_JennaOliver). Please submit all lines for one character in one MP3 file. ABC123 and AABBCC formats are fine. Whichever one will help you deliver your best performance. Feel free to throw in a little bit of improv, but please try to stay close to the script provided.
Lines will be recorded remotely on your own time, but table reads will be available if you prefer some feedback while recording. You will always be given at least two weeks to record your lines.
There is no need to slate.

A big thank you to everyone who auditioned this past month! Auditions are now closed. The team will be going through all submissions here on CCC and Google Forms over the next few days. Since there were more submissions than we thought, it might take us a little bit longer to go through all of them. We will post an update once the roles have been filled. And if you don't get selected this time around, we certainly hope you will try out for our secondary cast casting call! Thanks again! ~Team Starfell
