Project Overview
The Pony Show: Friendship Is Screwed Up is a My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic parody that takes place in 1997. The show's main character is Rainbow Dash, who throughout the show must deal with many insane situations with the help of her friends. In every episode a new crazy scenario is presented for the main characters, for example zombies, ghosts, alternate universes, etc. Rainbow Dash acts as the only 'normal' character in the group, however she is paranoid, and quite often freaks out at the situations they find themselves in. Twilight Sparkplug (based on Twilight Sparkle) is a depressed alcoholic, due to her best friend, Spike, dying a couple years before the events of the story. Pinkie Pie is a psychotic murderer, she frequently kills other ponies for fun. Pinkie has even tried to kill Rainbow Dash, so none of the other chracters trust her. There are other characters, these few are just examples.
