Will return in the future, is a main character and has a lot of lines.
[Narration} My mind screams at me to get up. As my vision begins to focus I see it at the mouth of the alley. The blob shifts and begins to flood the air. It inflates like a balloon and then begins to split open, like a balloon popping in slow motion. Inside it, these large, black centipede-like monsters squeal and writhe.
[Dialogue] What good is that going to do me? I go see a shrink and they tell me the meaning behind my dreams? But I just don’t care, I just want them to go away. Screw what they mean. The best I can do is see a sleep doctor who's just gonna tell me I have sleep apnea or something and that’s why I’m not rested when I wake up. But It’s not that I’m not rested, I feel physically drained.
[fearful scream]
Will return in the future too, has a fair amount of lines.
Ms.Stanton, I realize this is a lot to take in and very interesting but what Dr. Strange isn’t mentioning is how incredibly dangerous this all is. He’s a master of the mystic arts, yes, but that doesn’t mean he can protect you at all times. I must recommend against becoming involved. Let us handle it.
You could at least do the poor girl a favor and not look like you’re having fun at her expense.
A dangerous fiend terrorizing the citizens of New York
Nowhere to run, Zelma Stanton.
You are in my domain! I am unstoppable here!
What are you doing!? No! You can’t do this!
I’m telling you, Zel, you’re not special.
I mean you’re not the only one. There’s at least two other girls at work having similar nightmares.
Look at you, you’re irritable! C’mon Zelma, these Nightmares are really putting a damper on your demeanor. You’ve got to see someone about it.
[stern] Zelma, look at you! You can barely stay awake. I can’t have you falling asleep on the job.
We’re already struggling to make ends meet. I know we don’t pay you a lot but I still expect some level of professionalism.
Take the rest of the day off! The next time you come in, you better be wide awake.
[Slams fist on wooden table] This isn’t a damn game, Strange. You keep skipping out on the bill and there’ll be hell to pay. And it won’t just be you that suffers, oh no, it’ll be some poor innocent that gets caught up in your mess.
Great, you’re bringing dates here now?
The accent does say North American, but for this specifically we are looking for an indigenous American accent.
There’s a family that came to me for help regarding the nightmares. Their son has been having them.
I couldn’t do anything for him, it’s out of my field of expertise. Maybe you can help.
Pay your debt, Strange.
{is somewhat convinced to allow Doctor Strange to help his son} Fine, but if you do anything fishy I’m calling the cops.
{To Doctor Strange when he arrives}
Do you think you can actually help?
Zack has been having terrible dreams as of late. They started a few weeks ago, he came crawling into our bed crying after they happened. He says in the dreams he’s chased by some horse and bugs. The dreams are incredibly vivid and, from his descriptions, rather visceral. He doesn’t want to go to sleep because of them, so he’s been tired, making it hard for him to focus in school. He’s lost all of his energy, and he’s even afraid to go into his own bedroom.
Yeah mom. I had a crazy dream. I was eaten by that horse monster and a cool wizard came and saved me. But some lady took my place.
Thank you Doctor…? [doesn't know Strange's name]
Thank you Dr. Strange!
We need three toy soldiers
Who...who are you?
[Zelma says she can save Zack] The kid? Save him? How?
You can’t believe an outsider!
Sometimes late night tea is the best tea. You get to sit and gaze at the stars, the spirits are most active at night, and the city all the more calmer with that Prince of Nightmares having been taken care of.
[Trying to convince Stephen to become the Sorcerer Supreme] Stephen, the amount of people you’ll help as the Sorcerer Supreme will be immense. You help the individuals by helping them all.
