I added a new role because I thought they first appeared in Book 2. I was wrong! This project is still happening.

Project Overview
Edit: June 2022. All of my previously finished chapters have been taken down due to copyright claims from the Japanese publisher of the manga so I’m turning it into an audio drama.
Looking for an artist for video visuals who I can work a payment plan with since I can’t afford to commission people right off the bat right now
Also a voice for Alf, a little boy.

Well, I kept saying I was going to do it, and I'm finally doing it! My own rendition for my channel of the fan-translated Ocarina of Time manga. I'm going to collaborate on this project with a good friend (and cyber brother) of mine, HypeVoiceActing. I'm going to split this into books instead of chapters.
Here is Chapter 1 as an example of the progress thus far.
As you may know, the manga is different from the game and not canon whatsoever. It was written by two women under the alias of Akira Himekawa. It still follows the story of Link and his quest to become the Hero of Time, except Link speaks (I am voicing Young Link as well as Sheik/Adult Zelda).
I'm not sure how long this project is going to take, but I'll start on recording when at least the first two or three chapters are cast and recorded. In addition to what's listed here, I may have some minor characters like humans, Kokiri, Goron, and Zoras up for grabs. PM me if you're interested in those and we'll take it from there.
Recordings must have good, crisp, mic quality without any background noise. Also, please put some emotive effort into your auditions. If you have any questions about the type of emotion, just comment on the role and ask!

New Minor Roles added
So, it turns out, casting current voice actors for minor roles didn't work out as much as I thought it would. So I decided to add some of those roles that were all in Book 1. The new deadline is towards the end of this month! ^.^ Gorons are a first-come-first-serve basis because I'm working on that chapter now.

A fairy that was sent by the Great Deku Tree to retrieve Link so he can help rid the Tree of Queen Gohma. Afterwards she is instructed to accompany Link on his quest to save Hyrule from the evil plans of Ganondorf. In addition to being his guide, Navi also tries her best to be a good friend, comforting Link whenever he feels doubt or uncertainty. She's also very handy in helping Link locate the weak spots of any enemy he's facing.

Zelda's attendant and bodyguard, who was originally born and raised in Kakariko Village, home to the Shiekah. She helps instruct Link on where to go to find the Spiritual Stone in Death Mountain, and also protected and hid Zelda away when Ganondorf laid siege on Hyrule Castle. Eventually, she is revealed to be the Sage of Shadows. And because her duties as a Sage prevent her from being with Zelda, she requests Link to be with her on her behalf.

A Gerudo thief, who yearns to conquer Hyrule and obtain the Triforce. He is ruthless and merciless, and will go to great lengths to achieve the conquest he's after. He eventually betrays the King of Hyrule and lays seige to Hyrule Castle, eventually becoming ruler. However, because his heart was not in balance he is only able to obtain a third of the Triforce, the Triforce of Power. So he bides his time until the bearers of the other two Triforce parts are revealed.

Darunia is eventually revealed to be the Sage of Fire, and grants Link the Fire Medallion he needs to defeat Ganondorf.

She is eventually revealed to be the Sage of Water, giving Link the Water Medallion and telling him she can't be with him as long as she's a sage, but is willing to wait until she fufills her duties as a Sage.

Koume and Kotake (a.k.a Twinrova) are two twin witches who are Ganondorf's surrogate mothers. They are Ganondorf's second-in-command second to Nabooru, the leader of the Gerudos. Under his orders, they mislead Link and cause him to be stranded in the desert, toying with Sheik frequently. They often question Sheik's loyalty and stalk him at any chance they get.
Voice-Type: High, feeble sounding. It's not always easy to tell who is speaking, so I would give him extremely similar voices. Koume is the Sorceress of Fire and Kotake is the Sorceress of Ice.
