This character is very dumb, like VERY dumb. He is a very sinister and cocky guy, who runs a wannabe mafia. I'm thinking a higher voice but have fun with it!
"Name? You don't need that..."
"HAHAHAHA You're too late, girl"
"What will you do? Save the citizen, or catch me?" (Cocky/ Condescending)
This character is a very hard working cop who always seems to show up when the villain is up to no good. While she's good at what she does, she is very sick of trying to cast the same villain over and over again. Very monotone or angry is her usual range of emotions around him.
"stop right th- oh. its you" (Starts aggressive into monotone)
"woah woah woah hold on, that's clearly a fake video" (annoyed)
"No need to fear ma'am! You're safe until at least next week!"
