Benson is a soft spoken, timid character who had one dream when he was alive and that was to be a musician, Despite his timid appearance the moment he has his electric guitar out he is basically a different person, not that we have to worry about that for the pilot.
What we do need to know though is this man can be quite the cry baby and jumpy, and has an absolutely hopeless crush on his Co-worker Ethel, often pining for her his crush is a secret from no one well...apart form Ethel
