The story follows a 125 year old vampire and CIA agent, they deal with many different situations and jobs while working together. They have to deal with the fact one of their newfound allies has an allergy to the sun and a necessity to drink blood.

Oliver Wood is a 125 year old vampire that was awoken by the CIA after a bomb explosion in the building in which he was sealed, he was born in Salem in 1897 and “died” in 1926. He is prim, proper, bookish, and sensible. His compassion and loyalty to his charges makes him a trustworthy ally. He also has a sort of dry sense of humour, and a tendency to poke fun at the younger generation.

Vanessa Rose Cooper, has been an agent for the CIA for 6 years, she is 27 years old and was born in new York, she was the one who found George’s coffin and was later partnered with him. She has a rather care free personality but is very good at her job. She enjoys reading and painting in her free time.
