Taliyus: Animated Movie
Project Overview
This is for a passion project for an animated movie that is my own original project. I've been working on it, developing the world and characters for years.
It follows the adventures of a over eager joey named Fausto Roo and his friends Ekarus Crocodylus and Kylie Orana as they navigate through life and investigate the mysteries of the magical world of Taliyus.A wondrous land ruled over by a wise wombat for many years, but where there is magic power, there is a dark force waiting to rise up from the shadows and conquer it, unbeknownst to Fausto, Ekarus and Kylie this could mean the very end of Taliyus.So it's up to the trio to get the many inhabitants to set aside their differences and work together to protect the land of Taliyus from anything that threatens to destroy it, as friendships are tested, secrets are discovered and new allies are made in a story about adventure, mystery and acceptance.

Fausto is a joey who works as a messenger at the local post office, he's determined, somewhat dimwitted and very reckless which can often get him into dangerous situation. Though Fausto is an all-around nice guy, he is prone to outbursts of anger and is very hot headed.

Ekarus is a sarcastic and lazy, crocodile who is Fausto's best friend, he was raised in a high-class mansion over a swamp.
Ekarus rarely takes anything seriously, he is overly confident and has a huge ego, but he cares a lot for his friends. Ekarus has a knack for terrible jokes and harmless pranks.

Kylie longs to impress her mentor Gloifen, in any way she can, always wanting to be top student, sometimes a little too much. Kylie tries to excel at everything she does whether she's studying for a test, gardening or arts and crafts.
Kylie's very sweet natured, but she is also very sensitive and gets upset too easily. Fausto has a crush on her, but is too shy to admit it. Kylie wants to be seen as more mature than she actually is. Kylie is hoping her long, lost father will return, he went missing five years ago.

Monty is an overly prepared and cautious inventor who tends to overthink things. Monty always carries around everything he can find in a backpack, often including his inventions and other things he thinks he needs which is anything and everything.
Monty has most phobias. Monty's inventions often break down and never go as planned. Monty dreams of being a pilot and he is obsessed with planes. Monty has a close friendship with Evelia.
He sounds like Spike (MLP) and Tails (Sonic)

I present my latest invention!
Faleeta is Fausto’s feisty, cheerful and fun loving little sister. Faleeta is very naive and overly trusting which is at times taken advantage of. Faleeta’s obsessed with sports and behind her cute exterior, she can be very tough and competitive at times. Faleeta loves animals and she doesn’t like to see anyone being treated unfairly.
She enjoys teasing others. Faleeta often has to keep her brother out of trouble.
She sounds like Vanellope and Pinkie Pie.

Wanna play basketball, I've been practising all weekend and I'm gonna beat you, big brother!
Evelia is a mysterious bat who is a spirit medium and an outcast because she is seen as weird, especially since she believes in spirits which no one else thinks exist. Evelia is cared for by her sister after the death of her parents.
Evelia spends a lot of time visiting a haunted mansion where she can be in peace and interact with the spirits there. Evelia has a close friendship with Monty. She has a creepy, rather monotone kind of voice.

I sense a disturbance in the mansion.
Warrick is a mysterious evil villain who lives in the darkest part of the forest, he is rarely seen by anyone and even his henchmen fear him. Warrick wanders about the land in search of something that could be the key to him getting his hands on the ultimate power and when Warrick wants something he will stop at nothing to get it. Warrick won’t hesitate to kill anyone who gets in the way of his evil plans or even kill any henchmen who try to leave him.

Drake is a silly and incompetent dingo who works for Warrick, but he often fails every mission he’s given.
Drake is obsessed with parties, his fears are everyone else getting all the good sweets and none being left for him. Warrick took Drake in when he was much younger and he has depended on Warrick.

Taz is one of Warrick's henchmen, she is very eager to impress the boss as he took her in when no one else would, however she is often annoyed with Drake's antics. Taz is rather self centered and vain.

Gloifen is a wise and eccentric wombat whose Fausto's mentor, he's in charge of deliveries.
Gloifen believes his great ancestor founded the entire land and is aware of all the darkness hidden throughout it. Gloifen takes it in his own hands to keep the village safe at all costs and teach Fausto all about Taliyus. Gloifen sounds like an eccentric, old mentor.
