Editors wanted for anime remaster - Pinocchio The Series

Project Overview

In 2023, I alone made an obscure anime dub easier to watch; Pinocchio The Series, a 1990 Saban dub of the 1972 anime Kashi no Ki Mokku, has somewhat poor preservation, as the only English version online for years has been very low quality encodes, on top of being a poor tape source.
The original anime has a native HD remaster, so I took that and reconstructed all 52 episodes of the dub... It has 50k views across all the original uploads!

However, there are a few flaws and mistakes, both the audio and video quality leave a bit to be desired as the video used was a WEB-DL version and the audio was taken from the aforementioned bad rips, and there are a couple editing errors here and there that I didn't catch.

I wish to make a V2 of the remaster, but I cannot do it alone this time.
I have many different things to do, and I've had a lot of trouble with burning myself out when it comes to various things I've worked on. In terms of this project, there are annoying and minute differences in the raw DVD rips of the dub and Blu-Ray source of the remaster that essentially require the entire thing to be done from scratch.

The main role here is syncing the Blu-ray remaster to the DVD footage of the dub, ensuring that they match closely.
The dub source is old and has some frame blending issues as it is an NTSC product downconverted to the PAL standard of 25 fps; the remaster itself will be the NTSC standard as that's what the Blu-ray footage uses.

I would like to build a team for this project, that care for preserving obscure things such as this series, as well as may be interested in future projects of a similar manner, to build AriesArtist as more than just a nickname.

An extra note: The uncut versions of a couple spisodes in English are lost (This is not in reference to the Japanese version, Saban made further edits to the series in the late 90s or early 2000s, and the DVD source uses censored English audio with the Spanish dub spliced in to fill those gaps), and I would prefer uncut to be the versions the v2 uses as opposed to making separate renders for the censored cuts, so there may be a delay in the final release as I cross my fingers and pray old recordings of the uncut episodes are found eventually. Potentially, I may consider the direction of getting actors to dub missing scenes.

Vegas PRO 20 and some editing experience required. Multiple people may have this role.
The primary role. You will be syncing HD footage of the anime to the dub master as closely as possible.
A tutorial will be given on the process of how an episode should be done.
The footage used in editing will be temporary encodes, and be replaced with the full quality encodes in the rendering process.
A good eye for syncing two similar sources, and making cuts or edits where needed is recommended. Certain edits to the footage will be advised against in minor situations.
Adobe Premiere Pro 2024 is optional but I cannot provide any major support for how to use it.

VEGAS Pro 20 (Adobe Premiere Pro 2024 if anybody chooses to use that) and good hardware required. Multiple people may have this role.

An easier task, help with rendering the finalized episodes, using the full quality encodes of the source.
As the average encode for the Blu-Ray source is 1.6 GB, I do not suggest handling multiple if you do not have the hard disk space.
Having bad hardware will result in render times of up to an hour and a half or more for one episode in my past experience.
