Swell Reads Comic Dubs
Project Overview
Hello and howdy to the good people of CCC. My name's Swell Reads, but you can call me nametaken. That's what I go by on other platforms. I create comic dubs centered around inflation, weight gain, and expansion fetishism. If expanding boobs and bellies are something that gross you out to the point of retching, I suppose this isn't the project for you. I WILL ALSO NOT ACCEPT ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18. Otherwise, feel free to continue reading and consider throwing your hat into the ring.
I've been working with several eager voice actresses on this for over a year thus far, some more examples of my work can be seen on YouTube (currently sitting at 6000 subscribers and 1.5 million total views as of writing) and Patreon.
A few other items of note:
- This is a PAID project. Recordings for all comics will be compensated within 48 hours of your recording being submitted. Payment amount will vary based on length and dialogue density of a comic. The "$20" listed for each role below is what you could expect if you were to voice one of the characters in the above "Bunny and Silly" video, for example. For reference, each character in that video each spoke around 500-1000 words.
- There's no upper limit on how many voice actresses I will bring on. If you audition and I find your voice to be a good fit for SR, I will be sure to get in touch with you to further discuss details. (EDIT: Honestly I was only expecting to get like, 1 or 2 female applications at most, lol. I will begin to cast the roles now.)
- Use your own personal judgement to determine whether your voice is "deep", "mid-pitch", or "high". You can apply to more than one- the more versatile your voice is, the better.
- Expected turnaround (that is, the timeframe between the lines being given to you and me receiving the recording) is approximately 2-3 weeks. You can typically expect lines to be given in the form of an illustrated script, with notes to help aid your voice direction.
- You are not required to edit your recording, though it is appreciated if you do. Please do not include excessive background noises (other people talking, cars passing by, et cedera) in recordings, however.
- Lastly, while this is a long term project, I will accommodate your schedule as much as possible as to not intrude on any other projects you may be involved in. I will also respect if you wish to remain anonymous in your contribution.

I usually reserve deep voices for roles that fit it. Sultry mistresses, MILFs, et ced. These are my favorite roles to assign.

Likely the most common voices I use are mid-pitch ones. You'll want to put a lot of energy into mid-pitch roles in particular, since they don't have the slow drawl of deeper mistress-type voices nor the "squeak" of high pitch voices. I would classify the blue "Silly" character in the above video to be a mid-pitch character.

This is the pitch I usually end up going with whenever a more petite girl is in the mix. I would classify the pink Bunny character in the above video as a high-pitched voice.

Okay, is this some kinda SICK JOKE? These are like, double Z's or somethin'!
I don't tend to need male voice actors nearly as much as female ones, but I'd appreciate if you considered applying anyway. I'll accept a couple male actors at most.
