Super Mario Adventures Continued - The Fun in Dysfunctional Official Comic Dub
Project Overview
Super Mario Adventures Continued is a multi-year fan comic written and drawn as a love letter to, and continuation of, Super Mario Adventures from the old Nintendo Power magazine. With the help of a talented group of voice actors and one editor, I've commissioned official fan dubs of each issue as it's been completed.
Issue 7, The Fun in Dysfunctional, will be getting its comic dub in time for the holiday season. All of the cast from previous issues will be returning, and I've got most of the new characters cast. Just one fellow is missing, and that's who you're auditioning as.
Requirements
Please include your Discord username in your submission; all communications for the project will be handled through there
Please record no more than two takes per submission. ABAB or AABB format is fine.
Please have at least an external microphone with no background noise. Since this is a paid project out of my own pocket, I'm looking for quality.
Payment can be arranged to be upon completion of all lines or before recording begins, provided with the latter option that we mutually agree on a deadline for completion. PayPal only.

Looking for a voice double of Captain Lou Albano's interpretation of Mario, maybe with a bit of scratchiness or wispiness about it to show Enzo's age. The gag is that he's an homage to Jumpman, Mario's original depiction from Donkey Kong. I was originally thinking of going harder on the Brooklyn accent, so if you want to take a run at that for one of the takes, by all means.
This is a 20 line role as part of a larger cast, payment is $3/line.
Update: if you're going full Chef Boyardee, you're going to get rejected.
