SunnySide Magic High | Animatic Series
Project Overview
SunnySide Magic High is about 4 royals who go to a high school that teaches them how to control their magical abilities while learning how to rule someday. These 4 face bitter truths, and cruel adversaries when they find out they have been chosen by destiny to be the heroes of this generation. With new adventures every day, and while singing their way through life, will these 4 be able to succeed in saving the world?
SunnySide Magic High is a web series; the show will be aired on 'The Wise Group' YouTube channel. The series is greenlit to run for 1 season, consisting of fifteen episodes (depending on the quality of the series, it may run for longer). SSMH will be presented sort of like an animatic; multiple static images that will be paired with music, voice acting, and a compelling plot to create a project.
With this project, we hope to create a fun and enjoyable workplace where talents can work together; not only on this project but on their unique creative voice. Most (if not all) of the communications around the project will happen over Discord. We welcome people of all ages and experience levels to audition for this project. It is recommended that you join the server so we can keep you posted on your audition!

River is who we'll be following for the most part... River is very intelligent when it comes to magic, history, and just academics in general... but when it comes to socializing with others and just common sense, he needs some work. River usually tries to be kind to others but he's not necessarily interested in making friends... all his previous friendships have ended horribly. River can get very stressed, and panicky at times because he always likes to be on top of everything and have a good level of control.

(awkward)Uh, hey, it's me... Prince River? I just wanted to ask if you could open the door since it's well... my room too?RIVER(hesitant)I really don't want things to change... ugh, things were finally starting to get somewhat good...
Crescenta is well- she's interesting. She's not really a bully or an antagonist, but she isn't really the nicest (at least at first). Crescenta doesn't like to be vulnerable, and usually comes off as mean because she doesn't really know how to interact with people. She's very impulsive and she likes for things to go her way. She's extremely honest and always says what she's thinking. Even though she may seem a bit cruel, Crescenta actually has another side to her that will be explored throughout the course of the first season.

Hazel doesn't like conflict. She never really tells anyone how she feels about certain things either, and she tries to keep everything in. This can result in her letting it all out and lashing at others after. Hazel is experienced and strong, she knows what to do when things are falling apart and she's a quick thinker. Hazel separates herself from other students at SSMH in the sense that she believes that they're all snobby and annoying whereas she's easier to be around, which is true.
(Hazel sings)

Zephyr usually acts as a follower. He's always been drawn towards toxic friendships and relationships since that's what he felt was normal... (this stemmed from the way his parents treated him) Zephyr usually sticks with the crowd and tries to listen to his "friend" Glacier says. For the first time ever, Zephyr is going to be put in situations where he's going to have to make choices for himself and he's going to learn to find himself and understand what he wants. He's also has a good sense of humor and can come off as confident and outgoing. (for the most part)
(Zephyr sings)

ZEPHYR(accepting)Maybe... maybe you guys aren't that bad after all...
Glacier is all around a pretty mean and cold character. He isn't the nicest and is very manipulative. He knows how to slither his way around people. He does very well academically and tries to deal with the high expectations his parents have put on him.
(Glacier sings)

Blaze is the "sidekick" of Glacier... he usually follows him around and helps him do things, although Glacier doesn't really treat him well. Blaze has some anger issues and doesn't really know who he is, so he acts differently depending on who he's around...
Yeah Zephyr, your not part of this group anymore.
Haha! You really think you can beat Glacier? Glacier? He's so stupid, right Glaysh?
(laughing) That is the worst magic display I have ever seen! Right Glaysh?
Aurora is very popular. Everyone seems to have a liking for her, but she isn't as good as they think. She's actually quite cruel, especially towards Hazel and Crescenta... eventually, when our protagonists don't save her brother (Blaze) she gets extremely upset, blames them, and becomes the antagonist.
(She sings)
Crescenta, Crescenta, Crescenta... you really are stupid, aren't you? You can't even do a simple transformation spell right!
(sobbing) Please heroes... save him, save my brother! You- you promised!
(bitter) They saved everyone, but they couldn't save Blaze... Ugh! They'll pay for this, they'll pay for ruining everything...
