Star Wars Alternate (SW5E Campaign) Mandalore Arc
Project Overview
Hello I am the DM of a Star Wars D&D Campaign and I have recently finished a session where the party took down a very important villain character. I thought this would be a nice little side project that I could share with both my players and the entirety of the internet because of how much this villain impacted both me and my players.

A voice has been choosen
I wanna thank all the actors that auditioned for this role. It was honestly surprising how many came to try out for a singular villain from a D&D campaign. Each and everyone of you did a great job, but it's always hard choosing one voice. I do hope I can see you again for future projects. Thank you all and may the force be with you all.
Mandalore the Phoenix is the most recent holder of the mantle, the traditional ruler of the Mandalorians. Though this title has been abandoned by the now peace-loving government and largely forgotten by the traditional Mandalorians that remained. He see's the New Mandalorians as pretenders to the throne of Mandalore and founded his 'Children of the Flame" to bring back the old ways of Mandalore by any means necessary, even if it means burning the slate clean. While extremist, his acts are noble in intentions for he foresees a dark future for his people if he doesn't unite all of Mandalore under a singular bastion of beskar. Wise, charismatic, and soft spoken the Phoenix has recruited a large pool of loyal if zealous followers, though underneath his mask is a soul forever scarred and tortured by the visions he see's every night. Driving him almost to the point of insanity, believing that his way is right.
People's minds can sway just as easily as the wind. They might embrace the pretender's pacifism because they find it more favorable. But give them an opportunity to see otherwise and they will change.
While the slaughtering of innocence is regrettable, every act I bear is for the good of Mandalore. For too long have the pretenders sat in their thrones of comfort, allowing the coils of their peace mongering to corrupt the minds of our people. Once we were the hammer and scalpel that brought fear and respect to the galaxy, now timid and squandering for placidity by bending the knee to our enemies.
You believe yourself superior because you have a different perspective, justification for any philosopher. They can rationalize anything, even the acceptance of absurdity itself, never considering the weight of their own words. What would happen if you met yourself? When they make you feel inferior, take your clothes and drink, would you feel delighted with a fellow thinker, or would you feel revolted?
