What is "Stand-Up Comedy?"
This is the story about a 17 year old girl named Kimmy, who has a hard and toxic relationship with her mother. With the support of her best friend Sophia, she grows the courage to one day read a poem about her mother at a competition. This series shows everything thats happened during her junior year as she lead to this moment.

This will all be uploaded to a YouTube channel I'll make, episodes will be around ten minutes and we'll move at everyone's pace, yet we're gonna try to upload an episode around every month, I hope everyone can work with that! <3 if anyone has questions, you can text my Instagram "amanis.interlude" or my discord ".aman1." Kimmy is the main character with major mommy issues (no, not in anything sexual, nothing taken sexual, she has a bad relationship with her mother.) She's calm, with a soft, comforting voice. More info will be given on discord! (Please provide your discord username!)
"I've told you already, I've not going home." (Soft but stern)
"I want to write a poem. A poem for my mother." (Sincere, and emotional)
"Can you please be honest, Sophie?" (Slightly annoyed)
This is the main characters best friend, Sophia. She has a stable relationship with her parents, but tries her best to place herself in Kimmys shoes. She has a more feminine, light voice. Her design has not been made, but it is up for debate with the one who makes this role!
"Hello, I'm Sophia. You must be Kimmy?" (Slightly excited)
"Have you heard about that new show?" (Curious)
"I'm sorry, I wish I understood better, Kim." (Emotional, about to cry)
Side characters, extra main characters, it's all up for this one! A few people will be chosen who do this, so I'll put some random lines that may or may now be canon. All things will be discussed on discord!
"Shut up and do your homework." (Male, aggravated)
"Ma'am, where do you think you're going?" (Female, stern)
"Aliens ARE real!! Everyone hide!" (Male, loud, scared)
No coloring is needed within the production unless instructed. Requirements: able to animate common things, like walking, waving, arguing etc. Work can be provided here or discord!
