Project Overview
Sporadic Phantoms is a sci fi audio drama and ARG.
In Sporadic Phantoms, a group of environmentalists with an investigative podcast become wrapped up in the suspicious activities of a group called The Sharing.
Season one aired from 2021-2022, and we are coming back to make season 2, using the audio drama format as well as several other multimedia elements to further our immersive and interactive narrative.
This is a fan made project inspired by the Animorphs book series, but has a pretty original story, is told by adults for adults, and is made as professionally as possible with a small indie budget!

Female, age 50-70, standard American accent.
A worried mom of a missing person. We hear her in two episodes of season 2.
In season 2 episode 1, the hosts of the investigative podcast call her to discuss the missing persons investigation.
In episode 2, we hear her again over the phone as she encounters something on her way to the interview.
Please have a decent quality microphone and the ability to record in a quiet environment without reverb. Actors will be reading the scenes together over zoom, but recording our takes on our own ends so we can record high quality files. We'll do the scenes together, with some direction. These scenes should take no more than one hour each to record. Recording session(s) will be scheduled either for late July or in August, flexible scheduling.
