Cindy and Clyde on The Hunt for Red August

Cindy is a rather peculiar child. She's the most ruthless bounty hunter in the galaxy at the ripe age of 12. Liberally gunning down her enemies with her trusty dual blasters and plasma grenades and absolutely crushing the bones and spirits of her targets along with her brother Clyde is her bread and butter. Her constant goal is to become the best and most feared bounty hunter in the entire galaxy. Outside of hunting, She is a notable pilot who enjoys engaging in any intergalactic dogfight she comes across. She's pretty knowledgeable about weapons despite only owning a few at best. Even with her reputation, she still had trouble finding work (well, good paying and respectable work) due to her temper, inexperience and competition for even the smallest payout. She isn't as blood-thirsty as she seems or so says her brother. She doesn't believe in torture that goes above waving a really smelly sock in their face or playing awful music at full blast. If her captives co-operate, she won't hurt them for the most part. Off the clock when they training for the next gig, She likes playing with her dolls, play dress up with her brother along with other girlish type activities. Cindy is very close to her brother, they live together, they fight together and even sometimes they sleep together. They're a well oiled bounty hunting machine and nothing can stop them.

Clyde is Cindy's brother and loyal companion. He's not the brightest by any means compared to his sister but he can deal some serious damage even moreso than anything Cindy could dish out. Clyde mostly sits around and sleeps during their off-time when he's not prevent Cindy from picking a fight with a guy 3 times her size. Speaking of which, the only reason Cindy the way she is and not a full blown psychopath is because of him. His strength makes him a huge asset to their many hunts, being able to tear down doors and tear apart enemies with ease. Being a cat gave his built-in sensors (night vision, whiskers, strong sense of smell) that make hunting down a target and avoid surprise attacks a breeze. Above all, Clyde is the only person Cindy fully trust and Cindy is the only person that understands him.

As for voice directions, have him sounds a bit slower with a bit of a lisp or just do a decent Stimpy or Larry Fine impression

The youngest hier to the Goldbang hierarchy. He is rather snobbish and dismissive of most. Only put up the bounty so the rest of the family doesn't think he had his grandfather killed on purpose

The oldest in the Goldbang hierarchy. Sister Goldbang appears to be more thoughtful than her none-caring brother tho not by much

The most loyal out of all of Red August's men. His job is to inform August and his prized picture of Modie Boster, the details of how his little crime empire is going. There were a few before him but this guy is the only one who lasted the longest with August.

Ms Elizabeth is Cindy's most prized possession besides her blasters of course. She brings the doll wherever she goes at all times and hugs it whenever she gets scared (which is surprisingly often). The doll basically acts like a little diary and a emotional support vessel for her.

The backbone of Red August's operation, his soldiers are the ones responsible for claiming terrority and crushing those who dare challenge August's rule. What they lack in strength or training, they make up in numbers. August tends to gather everyone from desperate junkies and civilians to somehow getting  experienced men. The quality of his troops really does vary but you gotta admit, he doesn't skimp on recruitment ads. The only purpose these guys have in the story is to get gunned down by Cindy and Clyde like all good cannon fodder. Given how minor this role is, just go nuts with any voice you see fit.

You'll be responsible for making the characters move and all. Any software is welcomed and matching the look of cel animation is a plus but not necessary. 

Looking for someone to do backgrounds. Since this is a sci-fi show, the characters would be on various planets althrough. Make each BG as unique as possible, would like for them to feel like their painted (watercolors, gouache, arcylic). You will have to create some "connecting" backgrounds for things like run cycles to save on animation and time. You can use any art sortware or hand painted and scan them, whichever works for you
