Sonic Legacy - Musicians Call!
Project Overview
Sonic Legacy is an ongoing Sonic the Hedgehog fan comic. We have a staff of over 50 people, ranging from pencilers, inkers, and colorists to voice actors and musicians. Started in 2018, Legacy is currently in production up to issue 19, with issues 1 to 4 having been dubbed and released and issue 5's dub currently in the music production stage.

Legacy also produces Mobius Legacy, our side comics that allow us to focus attention on side stories; and Legacy Uncut, our audio series that lets us zoom in even more on specific characters and smaller stories for further context.
Our musician team is lead by PaulyB. All music is originally produced for Sonic Legacy and Mobius Legacy. The musician team splits each issues into 3-5 musical sections and each musician works on their own on a claimed section of the issue.
We're a pretty chill group that overlaps tasks and works well together as a big, diverse team. We do have deadlines we try to meet, but they're usually pretty generous. Joining Legacy will certainly give you an environment not only to make music for Sonic fan content, but a place to grow as a musician. We hope to hear you audition!

To audition, please ensure to read all these requirements:
- We will not allow direct midi rips. Auditions need to be originally arranged.
- Auditions styled after Sonic music will score higher points.
- The goal of the musician role isn't to simply remix a Sonic song, but to adapt the song to fit the location and mood of the point in the comic. Sometimes, an ambient version of a song can work wonders. We will also have original creations to fit the mood, as well.
- Auditions should be completely self-written in terms of composition. Loops will not be used unless absolutely required for a specific sound.
