I just want to thank everyone so far who has submitted to be a part of the Sleeptrovert Studios Squad.

As this isn't a matter of competition, but rather seeing who I can picture for certain projects, as well as qualifications, suitability and what I'm capable of providing you depending on what criteria you provide for me, I will be bringing people aboard consistently before our deadline(s) since (again) there's no competition here because there's no limited slots.
We want multiples of everyone.
(so tell ya people and your people's people so we can make our squad as big as possible with all you fabulous, passionate, driven souls to do whatcha do and not get burned out (especially since I can delegate more with more people)! If you want of course.)

I don't know if I wrote this, or if it was understood but I do wanna make sure it's somewhere so we're all on the same page. Even better if it's multiple places, but as far as pay goes, that will vary by project.
Some projects may be unpaid
Some projects may be worked out via a bartering system
Some projects may be low pay
Some projects may be decent -> high pay
HOWEVER, just because you're part of the studio doesn't mean you have to take part in certain projects. You fully choose which works you wanna be part of, no judgement. I may ask why so I can cater project announcement/calls to people's criteria but you'd still be a member. And I wouldn't appreciate you any less for not wanting to take part in a project with no guaranteed pay. I understand very well how valuable time and skill, material and effort -- you name it -- I get how valuable they are. So I don't want to diminish that for anyone. I completely get it and appreciate you for just wanting to support our works at all, even if only by reppin it.

I may not be able to guarantee I can provide certain requirements for you, and I understand if it's the same for you.
If at any point you find you haven't been selected, please don't take anything to heart as it may genuinely be a me thing that I know I can't do for you. So don't be deterred from putting your best foot elsewhere!

Regardless of if you end up working with me, I do hope each and every one of you does well in your future ventures and that you're able to grow and prosper magnificently.
