Shin Sonic Parody Animation
Project Overview
This paid project is for a parody animation based on the internet phenomenon known as "Shin Sonic" that has just recently started to pervade youtube. You can read more about the character here: https://continued-exe.fandom.com/wiki/Shinic
For this project, we're looking for great actors that can believably portray these roles, have good equipment and recording spaces and are professionals that can deliver a tight 1-2 day turnaround on lines. You do not have to have prior knowledge of the characters, we only ask that you only audition if you fit the parts. Please do not audition for roles that your voice is not a match for or if you do not fit the above qualifications.
Rate: We pay $3 usd per line, with a minimum payout of $50 usd no matter what your characters' line counts. Meaning, if you as an actor have 10 lines - you're paid $50. If you as an actor have 20 lines, you're paid $60. 30 lines? $90. 40 lines? $120. And so on. Our payment is done through Paypal only.
I'm tentatively setting the end date for auditions to this upcoming Sunday, but I may need to close them earlier. If you're interested in the roles, please audition sooner rather than later. Thank you!

Shin Sonic is a bit hard to describe. It's kind of like a creepypasta kaiju version of Sonic. More information can be found here: https://continued-exe.fandom.com/wiki/Shinic We are looking for someone who can embody the character, both the normal version of Sonic but also this big abomination (that'll be achieved through some voice effects on our end, do NOT add filters to your audition.) Basically for Shin Sonic's lines, I want a voice that sounds like Sonic - but a bit spookier and more malevolent, not a big deep or gravelly monster voice.

[Normal Sonic, recovering from an explosion]: "Yeah, I'm okay. At least I think so..."
Looking for a voice match for Knuckles the Echidna from Sonic! Idris Elba version preferred, but I'm open to different interpretations. This character is the most like his in-universe self and doesn't require any specific instructions.

Looking for a voice impression of Tails from Sonic the Hedgehog based on Colleen O'Shaughnessey's original performances. You'll also be asked to record some screeches as "Tails Clones" for a couple lines. Very few lines overall.
