REPL!CATE is another music-told story written, directed and produced by Zander Russell (SuperZrussell). This is a proof of concept casting call, but the voice actors will be permanent!
REPL!CATE follows the story of Lewis Talon: an average university student who’s life changes drastically, and V8: an android who wants to escape her corrupt creator’s grasp forever.
After another average day in New Ertonburgh, the city of androids, Lewis’ life takes a downward spiral when his parents are killed in a freak car accident. After being left with him and his younger brother, Lewis has to take a typical janitor job at Ertonburgh Androids. It ends up with him rescuing an android known as V8. V8 is a mysterious android on the run, looking for freedom to live among humans. Lewis and V8 have only a few things in common: a dream to live outside the walls of the city, to fit in with society, and to make it out safely.
Hey all. I want to start this off with saying I’m so sorry for the long wait. Almost a full year, and none of you deserve to wait that long.
As of now, I am currently working my way up in getting REPL!CATE going again, and as such will be casting until we’re done.
I once again apologize and hope that we can still make an amazing show together.

A female android/artificial intelligence trapped under a corrupt creator’s influence. The second main protagonist in the story.
(Running, louder voice) Out of all the people I thought I'd end up being saved by, I never accounted for you.
(Cheerful) Yeah! Yeah, I'm okay. Thanks to you.
(Comforting) You aren't the only one who has lost everything.
A male, 64 year old, robotics creator and founder of Ertonburgh Androids. Creator of V8 and more to be revealed.
How shameful. Shameful, shameful, shameful. I mean really. How did you think this would go?
(Furious) You will not ruin my chance to make something greater than us!
(Crazy/Insane) God isn't here anymore. That's why I took his role. Can't you see that?
A rogue AI that has begun to create a rebel syndicate filled with outcast androids and humans aware of Owen Schrader's wrong-doings.
Since it's an AI, the raw voice should sound as robotic as possible. I will do post processing on the voice.
Another one of the professor's androids, accompanied by a single man. Interesting.
Would you join us and fight? Or remain here, sheltered? It is your choice.
A male android who acts as a field scout for the currently unnamed rebel syndicate, bringing in new members for the cause.
Hey, don’t look at me. I didn’t find them! They found the syndicate first!
Oh come on, the drop isn’t that big. (Quickly switching to nervousness) Okay, maybe it’s a little big.
