Project Overview
Summary:
Patches is dragged to school for the first ever cat-and-dog school day! With Coco and Brownie distracted with home ec class, Olive and Angel busy with literature, and Sparky and Ginger occupied by gym, Patches has free reign over the school... Almost.
All he needs to do is get this damn collar off and wreck some havoc! Will he prove cats and dogs can get along, or will he make this the Purrfect Apawcalypse?

This game contains cartoon gore, bifurcated dogs, headless dogs, generally dogs not having a great time! Play at your own discretion!
First things first:
- This is an unofficial fandub of the game by 90% Studios. We are not affiliated with them in any way possible.
- You must have a Discord is required in order to communicate with others in the project.
- A clear mic with little to no background noise is preferred. Please avoid any peaks or pops.
- This is a for-fun passion project and is not monetized.

- Don't audition if you are not comfortable with gore, blood, disturbing imagery, and some flashing lights.
- There are no canon voices. It's entirely up to you to create a voice, although some roles have suggestions on what they should sound like.
- There is major spoilers within this casting call; it is highly recommended that you play the games before auditioning, but you don't need to. Proceed with caution though!

Luna is kind and over-achieving. She greatly values law and order, which probably explains her interest in being the President of Hachiko High's Literature Club. In spite of her goal-orientedness, she prioritizes the feelings of others and is quick to apologize if she feels she might've overstepped in some way. For example, when she thinks Angel as Patches.
For Luna, I want this voice to be sort of like Amity Blight from The Owl House.
(welcoming Angel) Everyone! Welcome our newest newest member of the Literature Club: Angel!
(flattered) It's amazing that you made it out unscathed, Patches! And then enlisted the help of a bunch of cats to heal us! I would never have expected this of you!
(apologizing) I'm so sorry to have given that impression! In truth, I was only supportive of your behavioral change because I thought it was you.
A bit of a slacker, Doug is your standard, middle of the road pug. He's not really the sharpest tool in the shed, to be exact. Probably because his brain is exposed. He attends home ec with Brownie and Coco, which is very weird for someone like him to do that.
He should sound like Miles Morales from Spider Man: Into the Spiderverse.

(surprised) Chocolate? So you want the delicious rush of it, huh? A few bites won't hurt a big dog like me but I think even a crumb would kill someone your size.
(neutral) Huh?! You gave it to my partner? Darn. I wanted to have it all for myself. Oh well. At least you saved me some precious wall-staring time.
(thinking about dumpster diving) Yeah, there's a whole load of treasures behind the school. Rover and I do expeditions all the time.
This no-nonsense and kind of snarky shih-tzu is a member of Hachiko High's Literature Club and is encouraged by Luna to attend the Literature period along with every other member of the club. She wants to read Shih Tzu's Art of War, but, problem is, she has no arms.
Honestly, I feel like this voice should resemble Ochaco Uraraka from My Hero Academia, mainly because of her voice.
(angry) UGH that bastard!! I could've sworn I died with both arms intact... But when I woke up as a zombie they were gone!!
(curious) Hmmm... I guess today IS supposed to be about collaboration between cats and dogs. Find me "Shi-Tzu's Art of War" and I'll consider telling you where Luna's books are.
(wondering) Uhh well... I've never even done any of those things! And having no arms on top of that... I'd just embarrass myself and everyone would laugh at me!
Rover loves sports, and I mean, loves it so much he must as well wear race car pajamas. He appears in the ball field in gym class, and has the same feelings for it, alongside Sparky and Tigger. Not so much as Ginger, though. Also, he is a good boy. Did I mention that?
I prefer this role to be like Tom Holland's Spiderman from the Spiderman reboot movies, while sounding a bit younger.

(excited) OH OH OH!! You wanna choke up on the bat, make eyes at the pitcher and swing through your hips!
(pleasant) I find getting lots of compliments really helps! I'll show you! I like your furcut, your eye patch is cool and your personality is kind of hot and cold but I think it makes you rad to talk to!!
(thinking about trash) BUT IT'D BE SUCH A WASTE! Why take the trash out when you can take it in! And by in, I mean, in my mouth where it belongs!
Part of the Elite Magic Club, Whiskers, or Whisk, frequently expresses his massive crush on Angel and his hatred for dogs, yet fails to notice Angel's sudden change of behavior (ironically as a result of him being possessed by Patches).
I think this voice should sound like Christopher Samuels from Alien: Isolation, with his British accent.

(slightly disappointed) Dawww, I really wanted to be your partner, Angel!! Welp, guess I'll have to go torment some poor dog. Feel free to help me!
(neutral) I would absolutely help! But... I don't think it'd be fine with Mitt! We're trying to prove cats are better than dogs here, and it wouldn't be fair if we used magic, so no magic in the classroom!
(forgiving Patches) Look, I...I'm really sorry. It must've been so annoying talking to me, all I did was insult your entire species and hit on you. F-for the record I don't think you're a bad dog or a bad cat!
Mittens, or Mitt, is highly composed and cunning. They have no qualms about manipulating or hurting others (especially dogs). They value familial relations and status over all. However, they also value truth and honesty, one of their potentially stronger traits.
I would love this voice to be like Octavia from Helluva Boss. Something about her captures the same personality.
(neutral) That's awfully suspicious. Whatever the reason she put that collar on you, the answer is no. Whisk and I are trying to prove that cats are superior to dogs, and it wouldn't be very becoming of us to cheat by bringing magic into the classroom.
(giving a speech) Hello everyone. As you know, today is an experiment to see what a day would look like if cats and dogs lived, worked and learned side by side. It is this experiment that all canine lives here depend on. …But… I’m beginning to think that shouldn’t be the case.
(talking to Ginger) If it eases your mind, my family is easily swayed by the magically adept. In fact, after we tell them what you’re capable of I wouldn’t be surprised if they respected your opinion more than Whisk’s.
Felix, the siamese cat, is terrified of just about everything, especially dogs. He speaks with an intense stutter, just like Olive. He doesn't really do much for the cats, but he does join Rover and Doug on a trash finding adventure. In the end, though, he joins a Kemono Cartel, so maybe that choice wasn't a bad idea.
I don't have an exact preference on who I want from this character, but I want a sort of scaredy-cat like voice, with a slight accent.
(scared) W-W-W-WHISKERS AND MITT'LL K-K-K-K BE SO UPSET WITH ME! Th-th-this school's layout is just so c-c-confusing, and everything smells like d-d-d-dog oh no oh no.
(neutral) Have you ever r-r-r-read "Where's Ragdoll"? It's more of an illustrative book, but it's very meditative to f-f-flip through. It really takes you on an adventure in another w-world, and the art is g-g-g-genius. And who can forget how iconic Ragdoll's character design is-
(interested) Oh m-m-m-my, it sounds d-delightful! B-b-but, where there are otherworldly riches, there must be a t-t-terrifying gatekeeper! L-like a dragon guarding a hoard, no?
An outgoing and arrogant toyger, Tigger is a bodybuilder and is known for her athletic purrowess across Kemono. She's intent on proving that cats can be strong as dogs, if not stronger.
Although I have no idea what this tomboy tiger should sound like, I recommend you sound like Nami from One Piece. Badass girl, badass cat.
(determined) All dogs think they're physically stronger than cats. We need a chance to prove ourselves!
(courageous) Hey lil man!! So you're with the husky for the day huh? WELP! No matter what team you're on, you're a cat! Show off just how strong a cat can be!! And if you need anything I'm here for you lil bro!
(talking about ice skating with Holly) YOOOOO LET'S DO IT!
Not much is known about Bapawmet. All that people know is that he is the king of Inferno who loves to torture souls who come in here.
I would love this voice to be a fusion of Raiden from Mortal Kombat and Simon Pegg's Scotty from Star Trek, with Raiden's etherealness, and Scotty's Scottish accent.
