Puppet Master Curtain Call-Comic Dub Short
Project Overview
Looking for people to help me out with a new project of mine for the Halloween period.
I'm a big fan of the Puppet Master franchise, and even though I have to re-read the Action Lab Comics run, This will be a dub of the first 7 pages of issue 1 of the Curtain Call run. It's out of context enough that it can be its own short story. So that's what I'm aiming to do.
This time, I'm also looking for creature VA's to voice the present puppets of Toulon's Army. That means you don't audition for The Puppets using words, ONLY vocal effects.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Have an XLR microphone set-up please. Low-quality recorded auditions will be dismissed.
-Have a Discord and Paypal
-Payments will be handled when the project is near completion.

The new puppet master in charge of Toulon's Army, who has sinister intendancies with his guests...
Voice Description: Late 30s, mysterious with a little bit psychopath.
- american (northeast)
- male adult
Now that you are all here, let me get straight to the point: Most of you will die tonight...
But now though... I'm tired of experimenting with silly wooden puppets.
Just what do you think you're doing?! I'M the master... and YOU'RE the puppet!
The director of the mental ward for youths from the previous comic run, invited for an interesting evening.
IMPORTANT: This character dies an horrific painful death, so she has some loud moments. Keep that in mind.
Voice description: late 50s/begin sixties, stern and sour.
- female adult
- general north american english
- female senior
Listen, you know that my research lacks certain elements AND that I'm actively searching for them. I want my full six days, as promised.
The substance they ooze, this... royal jelly... It could be the key to a new weapon.
The irony... I tipped you off on where to find them, and now I get to die for it?
These poor sheep are lambs to the slaughter for The Collector's new assets...
I'm looking specifically for 2 masculine and 1 feminine voice, up to 3 people will be cast for these roles.
Also, these characters die an horrific painful death, so they has some loud moments. Keep that in mind.
- female young adult
- male young adult
- american (northeast)
What IS this place?!
Look, really nice plans you have there, but I'M LEAVING!
(The guests are swarmed and brutally attacked by the puppets)NO! STAY AWAY FROM ME!! GET OFF!!! AAAAAHHH!!!
*CREATURE ROLE*
The Leader of the puppets. He has a sharp hook for his left hand and a knife for his right hand. He sometimes has spike-shaped "bullet eyes" that pop out of his sockets from time to time.
In the installments, Blade has a husky almost hissing sort of voice. Definitely in the medium low tones. Try to go for a close impression of the original voice
Voice references from 1:13 to 1:41(https://youtu.be/XHB1L4NDbTg?t=73) and at 5:04 to 5:22(https://youtu.be/XHB1L4NDbTg?t=304)

"Blade runs through a hallway in a steady pace. Looks like someone's behind him. He bumps against a door and needs a minute to get up. He then continues to run."
"Blade drags a chair to a door its keyhole. Afterwards, he climbs on the chair to peek through the keyhole. He likes what he sees..."
"Blade got someone cornered and slits his victim's throat. He takes a minute to admire his work."
*CREATURE ROLE*
The muscle of the Toulon army. His power are his two big hands, which can deliver quite a punch. He is unnaturally strong, being able to move or drag a full grown human body with ease. Pinhead got his name from the fact that his head is tinier that the rest of his body.
Since the beginning, Pinhead had this deep, growly, husky voice. The huskiness disappeared however starting Puppet Master II. Try to go for a close impression of the original voice.
Voice references: 0:54 to 1:12(https://youtu.be/XHB1L4NDbTg?t=53) and from 3:46 to 3:53(https://youtu.be/YZaSs6XbV8k?t=225)
- creature
- male adult
"Pinhead finds himself in a strange room. He looks around the room, trying to find a way out."
"Pinhead takes hold of his newest victim. He feeds them several knuckle sandwiches."
"Pinhead gets overpowered and thrown against a wall. The impact made him dazed."
*CREATURE ROLE*
One of the wildcards of the group. Tunneler's namesake and main weapon is a cone-shaped power drill replacing his scalp; he usually kills his victims by charging them head-on with his drill running.
His voice sounds a lot like Pinhead's but slightly higher. He also has a husky sound to him, which he maintains throughout the franchise. Try to go for a close impression of the original voice.
Voice references: from 1:51 to 1:56(https://youtu.be/XHB1L4NDbTg) and from 7:31 to 7:34/7:43(https://youtu.be/XHB1L4NDbTg)

- male young adult
"Tunneler actively looks around for his next victim."
"He sees his victim and runs with his drill active towards them."
"He checks if his drill is still on his head. It is."
*CREATURE ROLE*
The only female member of the group. She has the curves of a woman, she'll walk like a woman, and at the same time she'll spit up a leech.
She has this medium-high, innocent, alluring voice, but it can turn nasty when she starts spitting up the leeches. Try to go for a close impression of the original voice.
Voice reference: from 1:58 to 3:10(https://youtu.be/XHB1L4NDbTg?t=117)

- female young adult
- female adult
*Alluring giggles*
"She finds herself in a strange room. She looks around, trying to find a way out."
"Slowy, really slowly, coughes up 1-2 leeches."
*CREATURE ROLE*
Six-Shooter is a cowboy with six arms, each holding a gun. Other than his guns, he has a red bandanna that moves by itself and is known for his signature creepy cackling.
Throughout the franchise, Six Shooter had 2 voices, one from the original series and one from the Axis Trilogy. I'll leave links to both but I'd prefer an impression of the original voice from Part 3.

"Six Shooter lets out his signature laugh"
"He climbs with his six arms up a building and gets in via a window"
"He pulls out his guns and shoots his victim down, laughing while doing so"
*CREATURE ROLE*
Torch appears in in Puppet Master's II and 5. His signature weapon is his flamethrower.
In both installments, Torch has his own unique voice. Whoever can mimic his voice the best, with or without effects, wins the role
Voice Reference: https://youtu.be/d1d4Ah8nyHc?t=20
"Torch sees someone approaching him."
"He aims his flamethrower, fires and sets his victim alight."
"Maniacal laughter."
*CREATURE ROLE*
Kahn had a very small role in the first movie, where he was in the opening scene. He was never seen again after that.
I'd like to give an original interpretation to Kahn. I'd imagine him sounding like a wise warrior from ancient Asian culture. You get bonus if you know a few words in Mongolian too. Surprise me.
