Casting Complete!
Thank you so much to everyone who auditioned!
As of this message, the casting process for Heaven For Everyone has been completed.
Again, thank you so much, and all the best to all!
The conclusion to the massively popular(?) Redfield Lineage Chronicles finally arrives!?
And its a full feature-length parody!?
-----
Heaven For Everyone (or HFE for short) is the climatic cinematic finale to the Redfield Lineage Chronicles, a parody series based upon the Resident Evil "Redfield Lineage" or "Redfield Bloodline" meme.
The essence of the Redfield Lineage meme is simple: Chris Redfield accosts one highly disgruntled Leon S. Kennedy to try and get him to sleep with his sister, Claire Redfield. For one reason or another, Leon rejects him (and by proxy, Claire.) This in turn anger Chris, and he goes on one hell of an adventure to get Leon to knock boots with Claire.
The Redfield Lineage Chronicles is my take on the meme, with a somewhat more "seriously unserious" feel to it. When Chris comes knocking, Leon rejects him, but mainly because he and Claire have a bit of a complicated history. Chris, however, is unaware of this and drags Jill Valentine and Rebecca Chambers with him as he goes after Leon. Ada Wong is thrown into the mix too, lurking in the shadows with a "special attachment" to Leon. Take all this, and throw in a couple jokes, obscure allusions, melodrama, and a whole lot of Queen puns and other various musical references, and you get the very essence of the Redfield Lineage Chronicles.
Heaven For Everyone wraps up the Redfield Lineage Chronicles with gusto. Covering multiple games and movies in the Resident Evil series, HFE is a full, feature-length parody. Straddling the lines between parody, pastiche, and terrible fanfiction, HFE is destined to break new ground by combining several different genres and slamming them all together into one incoherent, yet enjoyable mess that is both delicious and nutritious to the mind, body, and soul. ...Or something like that.
I've pulled out all the stops and I'm not stopping until it's over. I've always wanted to do a big, bombastic movie-type project, and with HFE I finally am! I'm dancin', I'm a star!
------
I've actually finished a "proof of concept" video titled The Perfect Pair that serves as a kind of tech demo for Heaven For Everyone.
The Perfect Pair is set in an alternate universe from The Redfield Lineage Chronicles, and follows Jill Valentine and Leon S. Kennedy as they navigate another madman's lair of scum and villainy.
TPP utilizes a lot of the editing techniques that I've been developing for HFE, so the overall look and aesthetic should be similar between the two (with HFE being longer and hopefully looking better, of course!)
Please take a look if you're interested!
------
I've included a “Best Voice Reference” that showcases what I feel to be the best official voice actor of each character. Resident Evil is notorious for changing character VA’s every installment or so (with differing results.)
Now of course, these references aren’t meant to be 1:1 imitated, but used as an aid in your own portrayal of the character. Remember, anybody can do an imitation. A real VA makes the character their own!
If you are cast, I'll send you a private message with my email and Discord name, and then we'll go from there.
Cast VA's will have two months from receiving their script to complete it. If anybody ever needs an extension, I'll be more than happy to hear them out and give them one. The aim here is quality, not last-minute efforts. I'll be grinding away at HFE until it is perfect, so if time is an issue, rest assured, I can wait and work something out with you.
As for microphone quality, as long as it doesn't sound too bad, it should be fine. I'm Pro Tools certified, and know a few tricks, so I'll try to work with whatever you give me! However, if your mic sounds like a cat stuck in a tin can in the middle of a windstorm with the cat, tin can, and windstorm all on fire, then maybe save yourself the trouble and reconsider.
Also, there will be some swearing and quite a bit of innuendos present in the script. If any of that offends you, then get lost.
The script also includes "efforts", vocalizations that used to convey... well, effort when a character takes damage, attacks, etc. If you are uncomfortable with doing these, turn away now.
Final "to-mix" lines must be submitted in .WAV. This is a non-negotiable. Compressed formats such as .mp3 will not be accepted for HFE proper. Please be aware of this. If you are unable to render your lines in .WAV, then I suggest you get busy finding a way to do so, or get bet busy walking into the sunset.
Auditions may be done with compressed formats, however. That's A-OK with me!
And finally, a very important note about auditions. I don't care about how many kudos or upvotes an audition gets. All that matters to me is that the voice fits and the acting is good. That's all that matters.
It would also help if you try a line at least more than once with different kinds of reads. That'll give me more of your voice to evaluate.
------
Since this is a big movie-length project, I'll be offering payment for the voice work. Payment amount is determined by the length of the character's appearance and amount of lines in Heaven For Everyone.
Payment will be given through PayPal at the completion of a character's lines.
------
And finally, as for my experience, I've done the Redfield Lineage Chronicles (of course) which is up to 11 videos at this point, soon to become 12 with HFE!
The most recent video I've done for it can be seen here: THE PERFECT PAIR
I've also done a series of Psycho-Pass Parody Dubs based upon the Akane and Kougami ship from the Japanese Anime Psycho-Pass. Things get a bit spicy with those two, that's for sure.
And lastly, I've done a long Snake x Samus Comic Dub called Blue Rose Intrinsic, working together with comics' original artist FYS to bring life to some Snake x Samus goodness.

I look forward to hearing your audition!

Thank you to everyone who auditioned!
The casting process has begun. It might take a bit since I've got 300+ auditions to get through, so here goes!
Good luck to everyone!
Thank you to everyone who auditioned!
I wasn't expecting such a large response, haha. (200+!) I'll be using the following days (and maybe weeks) to go over every audition as my schedule allows.
I've also added a few more days to the deadline, which is now set for Friday, October 4th. If you know anyone who'd like to audition, let them know that it's the last call!
Thank you,
Detective Masterclass
Chris Redfield. The man who went from running away from a boulder to punching one to smithereens in the middle of an active volcano. Quite the legacy, huh? And speaking of legacy....
Chris is the older brother of the Redfield siblings. He adores his little sister Claire, and even calls her Claire-Bear.
Strangely enough though, Chris has become obsessed about "continuing the Redfield Lineage". Despite his ability (and means with a more than happy Jill), Chris wants the Redfield Bloodline only continued through Leon S. Kennedy shacking up with his sister Claire.
Pulling out all the stops, Chris has chased Leon through hell and high water to get the slightly-perturbed secret agent to sleep with Claire, and only time will tell if Leon will comply.
An important thing to note for this project is that Chris is modeled after the 80's and 90's action hero's of long ago. Though his goal is a bit... strange, his heart is in the right place. He's an honest man, and will go the distance to do the right thing. And when the tough gets going, well, so does Chris. Life can throw the hardest punches at him, knock him down to his knees and make him kiss the earth. But Chris will just grit his teeth, make a fist and throw the hardest Sunday punch he can muster.
Chris also has a bit of an airheaded side to him when it comes to romance. With all this noise about the Redfield Lineage, long-time partner Jill Valentine would be an obvious choice when it comes to any sort of "continuing". Unfortunately, Chris seems to not notice or really understand any Jill's awkward attempts at flirtation, and since Jill's too shy to overtly proclaim her feelings for him, Chris is left oblivious.
All in all, that's Chris Redfield in a nutshell.
Best Voice Reference: Roger Craig Smith
Roger Craig Smith gives Chris a kind of “determined” flair to him. You can almost feel the determination behind his voice. And after all the things Chris has been through, he should have a lot of “pushing” power behind him to help “smash” through any “obstacles” along the way, especially those of the stone-variety.
When it comes to the more emotional scenes, Roger showcases a more “tender” side to Chris, one full of care and support. Other actors would awkwardly push through these scenes, but Roger handles it with grace and sincerity. It’s because of this Roger is the definitive Chris Redfield voice, at least for me.
Voice Type: Determined, Confidant, Strong-Willed
(Serious) You’re a hard man to find, Leon. Kept you waiting, huh? Look, we both know why I'm here. I want a descendant. To carry on the Redfield Lineage. All you have to is sleep with my Claire-Bear. Easiest job in the world.
(Angrily) Leon, quit messing around and fuck my sister! Why aren’t you fucking my sister yet, Leon!? Hurry up and fuck my sister already, Leon!
(Adamant to Heartfelt) Look, Jill... It doesn't sound like “nothing.” If you’ve got a problem, then talk to me. You’re my “Strictly-Platonic-Best-Good-Friend-In-The-Whole-Wide-World” and I'm here for you, okay?
The cool, calm, and ever-serious Jill Valentine. In stark contrast to Chris’ hotheaded “just punch it till’ it stops moving” demeanor, Jill makes sure to take things slow and reign Chris in.
After being kidnapped by a weird spaceman and brainwashed for 3-ish years before Chris finds and saves her, Jill is now regulated to radio support as she recovers.
Due to her rather aloof nature, she has trouble expressing her feelings for Chris, though in their later years she becomes more and more exasperated with the fact that he still just sees her as “his bestest friend in the whole world.”
Best Voice Reference: Patricia Ja Lee
Patricia Ja Lee gives Jill a very cool and composed demeanor with her performance. You can almost feel the experience behind Patrica’s Jill’s words. It puts you at ease, kind of like that she’s been through a lot, and she knows exactly what to do in whatever crazy situation she’s found herself in. Patricia’s Jill keeps her head on straight, and is the ever-cool-professional.
Voice Type: Cool, Composed, Serious | Flustered, Cute, Adorable (“Crush” Mode)
(Serious) Alright, let’s get started here. Today at approximately 1500 Hours, a Bio-Terror attack occurred in New York City. According to preliminary reports, tankers bearing the label “AGUA Industries” have spread throughout Manhattan, and are spraying a type of mustard-colored gas into the air. Anybody who breathes in the stuff is turned into a rotting, shambling mess of a bio-weapon.
(Seething) Not another word mister. Otherwise your “Strictly-Platonic-Best-Good-Friend-In-The-Whole-Wide-World” will stick her foot straight through this codec and so far up your ass that you’ll be tasting nothing but boot polish for the next year and a half.
(Embarrassed, Shy) So Chris... um... There's a new bar on 6th Street that just opened. I was thinking that maybe we could go together? Just the two of us?
The main antagonist of Resident Evil: Damnation and the president of some unnamed Slavic country. Makes a very brief appearance in Heaven For Everyone.
At first, Svetlana seems like your usual leader trying to get the best for her people, but in reality she's been breeding a whole nest of BOW's underneath her country. She likens herself to a queen, and has the arrogance to match.
She runs into Leon and Ada during their mis-adventures in her underground lab. Inwardly, she's a bit surprised that someone's broken into her most secret of sanctuaries. But outwardly, she deals with the situation with the skill and shrewdness of a riverboat card shark. You can never tell what's going on behind her eyes.
Think and play her like a Bond Villain. There's a bit of elegance here, a bit of authority there, and a whole lot of arrogance everywhere.
*SLAVIC ACCENT REQUIRED* (Or anything similar, really.)
Voice Type: Elegant, Pompous, Arrogant
(Commanding) Enough!
(Serious, Scheming) It seems you've stumbled into my hive, Ms. Wong. I hope you weren't stung on your way here.
(Intrigued, Sultry) An American, hmm? Not bad, considering. How'd you like to become a part of my colony? A good queen is always on the lookout for some more subjects. I think you'd make an excellent drone.
Annette is Sherry Birkin's biological mother, though she rarely acts like it. Makes the briefest of appearances in Heaven For Everyone.
During her appearance in HFE, Annette is a little out of it, seeing how her husband has been turned into a walking, groaning bio-weapon and the rest of the city is having the worst case of zombie infection the world has ever seen. Not to mention, a super-secret spy is running around trying to uncover all of her little secrets. Makes sense that Annette is more than a little on edge.
After running into Ada and Leon in the Sewers beneath Raccoon City, Annette begins to spout some insane babble as Leon and Ada consider their options.
Voice Type: Stressed, Mature, Crazed
(Angry, Accusatory) I KNOW what you're here for! The virus, isn't it!? There's nothing here for you, thief! Look around you, the G-Virus will destroy the world as we know it! Mankind isn't ready for this kind of responsibility!
(Menacingly) This is where your story ends.
Your run-of-the-mil BSAA soldier. Makes a very brief appearance in Heaven For Everyone.
This soldier has the thankless task of telling a very hungover Chris Redfield that Albert Wesker has returned (because of course he has.) Despite Chris's very tangible grumpiness, the soldier remains very professional, very dedicated.
Voice Type: Serious, Professional, Generally Soldier-Like
(Serious) Captain. We’ve got a situation. It’s him, sir. He’s back.
(Serious) Yes sir. Albert Wesker.
