Pretty Cure All Stars DX3: Deliver the Future! The Rainbow-Colored Flower That Connects the World(English Dub)

Nagisa Misumi, called "Natalie Blackstone" in the 4kids English dub, is the main protagonist of Futari wa Pretty Cure and its sequel Max Heart. Because of her role as narrator and the amount of attention she gets in the series, she is considered the main heroine. Her Pretty Cure ego is Cure Black.

Honoka Yukishiro (Hannah Whitehouse in the English dub) is one of the main characters in Futari wa Pretty Cure. Her alter ego is Cure White. Although she didn't even know she existed at first, Honoka eventually became best friends with Nagisa Misumi, admiring her for her courage and cheerful attitude.

Shiny Luminous (シャイニールミナス, Shiny Luminous?) is Hikari's alter ego. She transforms with Pollun when he is in his Touch Commune form.

Saki Hyuuga is one of two main protagonists of the anime series Futari wa Pretty Cure Splash★Star. Like her predecessor, Nagisa Misumi, Saki is excellent with a sport, this being softball. And also like Nagisa, she isn't very good at school, loves sweets and has a large appetite.

Mishou Mai (美翔舞, Mishou Mai) is one of the two main Cures in Futari wa Pretty Cure Splash Star. She is a second-year transfer student at Yuunagi Middle ...

Yumehara Nozomi (夢ゆめ原はらのぞみ, Yumehara Nozomi?) is one of the five main Cures in Yes! Pretty Cure 5 and Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo! and also the group leader. She is a second-year student at L'École des Cinq Lumières Middle School and is in the same class as Rin and later Kurumi.

Remi is both tomboyish and feminine. Remi shows a passion for accessory design and is usually the one in charge for designing what Nuts House is selling.

Una is naturally cheery and sweet, but while she normally shows this to others without hesitation, she is actually very shy until she befriended Naomi.

Kylie is known for her kind, gentle, and feminine personality. She is often lost in a daydream of romance and other fantasies while searching for inspiration for her future as a novelist.

Karen is strongly admired for being calm and stoic, a mature young woman who has come to cover up her insecurities and feelings of loneliness.

In the events of episode 7 of GoGo, Milk picked up a glowing blue seed which believed to be the Blue Rose of Miracles and grew it, giving her powers of the Blue Rose and the ability to turn into a human, as well as a Pretty Cure.

Love Momozono is your typical happy going energetic girl. She was the first one to be awakened as Cure Peach. She loves to dance and admires Trinity with all of her heart and she creates a dance unit as well with Miki and Buki. (Later on with Setsuna too.) She helps transform Eas into Cure Passion by talking some sense into her and never gives up without a fight. She often hates carrots in her food and gets into a lot of fights with Daisuke the guy who has a huge crush on her and her alter ego Cure Peach. She is very considerate and cares about everyone equally.

Miki is an elegant and mature girl who tries to keep a flawless and graceful side of herself openly at all times. She is naturally charming and enjoys teasing those she cares for, showing a sense of humor despite her more serious nature in comparison to her friends. She always had a dream of being a fashion model and was even offered a chance to be a model but turned down her chance to stay with her friends and continue to be a pretty cure with them.

Inori Yamabuki (also called "Buki" by her friends) is a 14-year-old schoolgirl at Christian Private White Clover Academy. She is an animal lover, aspiring to be a veterinarian. Her Pickrun, the Kirun, is yellow and has horns on its head, and her alter ego is Cure Pine.

During the first 23 or 24 episodes of fresh pretty cure Setsuna is actually evil and works with Labyrinth under Lord Moebius's command. She is called Eas while working with Labyrinth. After encountering Love and seeing her happy energy it starts to rub off on Eas and it eventually leads to her rebirth as Setsuna/Cure Passion. Although it's hard for her to move on when Labyrinth tries to get her to rejoin them as Eas once more. Setsuna isn't very good talking to people socially but since the girls are with her she is fine. She continues to fight Labyrinth as Cure Passion. 

Tsubomi Hanasaki is the main protagonist of Heartcatch Pretty Cure!. She lives in a flower shop called Hanasaki Flower Shop with her parents and grandmother. Her Pretty Cure alter ego is Cure Blossom. She is voiced by Nana Mizuki.

Erika Kurumi is one of the Cures and the secondary main heroine of Heartcatch Pretty Cure!. She lives a fashion shop called "Fairy Drop", and she lives with both her parents, plus her older sister whom she is really jealous of.

Myoudouin Itsuki (明堂院いつき, Myoudouin Itsuki?) is one of the four main Cures in Heartcatch Pretty Cure!. She is a second-year student at Myoudou Academy and is also the student council president.

Tsukikage Yuri (月影ゆり, Tsukikage Yuri?) is one of the four main Cures in Heartcatch Pretty Cure!. She is a second-year student at Myoudou Academy High School.

Hibiki Hojo is one of the main heroines of Suite Pretty Cure♪, along with her childhood friend, Kanade Minamino. Hibiki thinks that she has no musical talent at all, but she works hard at perfecting her piano playing.

Kanade Minamino is one of the main heroine of Suite Pretty Cure♪, along with Hibiki Hojo. Like Honoka Yukishiro, Kanade excels at studies, but she is not good at sports. She is something of an idol in her school. Kanade is very mature, but can also be quite stubborn.
