The Queen of Light is just what it says in the title, she rules over the Garden of Light and has great control over light. Serving as a mirror to the Dark King, the Queen of Light is the mastermind behind Mepple's constant babbling about marketing. She is essentially a queen, a goddess, and a CEO trapped in a giant CGI statue.

Congratulations on returning with all of the Prism Stones in tow.
I must also commend you for finding teenage girls who are just feminine enough to sell dolls and unconventional enough to push a women’s empowerment message.
These two have the chance to become recognized as the greatest heroes in the world.
Just… pluck the Asian one’s eyebrows a bit.
Congratulations, girls.
I hadn't ever doubted you. *turns head to the side* Did I get that right?... No, I'm not against dishonesty, but is hopefulness even marketable anymore?
The Prince of Light in the show proper and the son of Mipple and Mepple in this series, Porun is a baby influenced by his market-obsessed parents, literally bred to be a vehicle for selling toys.
Dada! Mama! *Happy baby babbling*
Iss Baby Time!
*Sad baby babbling* Nally mean! No Nally! *Cry*
Juna is stern, direct, and serves as the muscle of the Seeds of Darkness, a trio of beings created from parts of the Dark King. Once disillusioned office worker, Marvin Edgedale, the identity of Juna gave him a new purpose, that purpose being to reclaim the Prism Stones and fight to resurrect the king who desired them.
I am Marvin Edgedale, servant of the darkness.
Your overly corporate actions have destroyed the Dark Zone. Now you shall pay with your lives.
Gertrude, your incompetence bewilders me. Wouldn't it be wiser for the three of us to attack the Pretty Cures at the same time?
Once Sheila Williams, an antisocial woman struggling for purpose in life, she has become Regine (Pronounced "Regina"), the brains of the Seeds of Darkness, a group of beings influenced by the spirit of the deceased Dark King. As Regine, she is much more confident and able to navigate social situations. But this newly born confidence also brings forth a mad, sadistic side.
Shiela: I... I don't know, I think Juna's idea is good... Don't hit me! Don't hit me...
Regine: We were literally created by a dictator to shroud the world in darkness. If we don’t, we’ll just be sitting ducks for the Pretty Cures and be destroyed.
Regine: I have tricked you with my masterful disguise... Wait... You... weren't fooled by my disguise...? I WORKED SO HARD ON IT, THOUGH!
A one-line cameo, Hana/Cure Yell is the lead Cure in Hugtto PreCure. She is an energetic optimist who yearns to be mature, but often fails because she holds onto her childish tendencies.
We’re dealing with time travel here!
A one-line cameo, Saaya/Cure Ange is a Cure from Hugtto PreCure. She is gentle, soft-spoken, and strangely obsessed with technology.
We are in the year twenty-eighteen.
A one-line cameo, Homare/Cure Etoile is a Cure from Hugtto PreCure. Homare is a mature girl who excels at everything. However, she doesn't have the best self-esteem.
Where are you from?
We're doomed, aren't we?
A one-line cameo, Emiru/Cure Macherie is a Cure from Hugtto PreCure. Emiru is very overprotective and does not like being looked after. She also admires the Pretty Cures because of her wish to be a heroine herself, but often gets carried away when trying to protect others thanks to her exaggerated actions.
Oh my god, it’s the original Pretty Cures! Sign my gloves!
A one-line cameo, Lulu/Cure Amour is a Cure from Hugtto PreCure. Lulu is a deadpan robot who uses her analytical brain to give precise advice and combat strategies.
It seems that our magical baby has tampered with the spacetime continuum again.
